Apr 06, 2025 · Bob McChristianWe recently brought a dog into our family and life has certainly changed...for the better. Greenock Farms has been fantastic in terms of catering to and assisting us with all of our questions for our newest family member! The staff has been incredible: helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Our veterinarian, Dr. Trenna Manwarren, has been exceptional! She loves animals and it shows. Very smart and happy to answer all of our questions. We are happy to drive the easy 30 mins from south Charlotte. Well worth it!
Mar 20, 2025 · Nathan ForbAs always, the folks at Greenock Farms are always on top of things. I have been in customer service has my entire life, and CSRs are the front line of any business, sorting out exactly what each client needs, or needs to talk to, explains why you may or may not be able to get an appointment that day for whatever reason and prioritize things accordingly, so, I want to give a shout-out to Hillary and Shelby that work the front desk, and Kaley also. Their not the only ones but their ones that I feel maybe a connection with because I speak to them so often I recognize their voices also. With five animals, 4 which are seniors, you tend to call the vet a lot! I couldn't say enough about the veterinarians either. I've seen Wilson, Short, ManWarren, and Smoky or Puckett, and they all go above and beyond. And with my most recent visit, I would like to thank Dr. ManWarren for being so compassionate about my Lab Cooper's procedure and heartbreaking results that followed, and more importantly honest. Cooper won't be with us for very much longer, but I'll take whatever time is left and treasure it dearly. He will be comfortable and happy as long as he can, and the entire staff understands the devastation that comes along with losing the kind of family member that just so happens to have fur and paws. We just lost our beloved Jezebelle a few months ago. This place is not just a veterinarian's office but an extended family you see when your pets need any kind of care. If you are blessed enough to give them the honor of tending to the needs of your fur baby, you will not regret it. And I will say, I rest better knowing they treat mine just as if they were their own! If you are looking good animal care facility, look no further! Thank you guys. You rock!!!
Nov 25, 2024 · Mandy McClellanA lost dog wandered over to where I am spending the winter in the Charlotte, NC area. No tags or any other ID, of course. Greenock staff was very kind to scan the dog for a chip. While it did not have a chip, their obvious concern for the dog was enormous and appreciated, especially since the Sheriff's department had told me that if they pick up the dog and no one claimed it within 3 days, it would be put down since they are so full. No way that I was going to let that happen! While Greenock didn't actually help me locate the owners (which occurred shortly after my visit to Greenock), their willingness to help without any hesitation showed what a caring facility they are. If my dog (see picture) needs any care from a Vet during our time in Midland, NC, I know who my first and only call will be to: Greenock.
Oct 31, 2024 · Karl NordstromGreenock was amazing! They saw my duck within an hour of me calling. Their care and love of animals was apparent! I will gladly make the 40 minute drive if and when I need veterinarian care in the future.
