Greenbriar Animal Hospital: Goricki Constanze DVM

We started going to this vet the day it opened. Many trips there until the Cats passed on. Today I wanted to bring my new cats there and when I called the lady is like , I cannot find you in the system... Okay, she asks me questions like I am a moron and then she cannot remember if it was a cat or dog while she is searching??!! The women on the other end of the line is becoming rude. So I say okay this is little frustrating. We have been coming here since day 1 and you cannot find us, I am not sure if you do not keep records there for so long but do you want our business/ another new client? She then states we have no appts but you can go online to fill out paperwork. "SMH". Nevermind, I will take my business elsewhere. Rude, non listening, business. Taking my dogs, cats and all business elsewhere.

I can't say enough about the kindness and compassion that was displayed to my family today. Today, we had to make a hard decision to put our dog to sleep. The front office was very caring and kind and Dr. Tara Hogan talked us through everything and offered hugs to me and my family. She was very gentle and made sure my dog had plenty of treats to give him a little happiness on his way. We have been going to this clinic for a while and we have tried other clinics in the past, but this clinic far surpasses them all. Thank you so much Dr. Hogan, this day would not have been easy without you. You all are amazing...

I do not have the adjectives to give justice to this hospital staff and drs. They are head and shoulders above . They go beyond the scope of excellence. I could never thank each of you enough for the care you gave my 15 yr old precious Abigail . Yes she is old .she can no longer run and play but the life she has left deserves all the comfort I can give her. As I write this review she is in her comfy bed next to mine. May God bless each of you and continue to be with you in your mission to help those who have no voice. I do believe that Veterinarians and pediatricians are so very close to our maker . I had to put my Maya to sleep after 14 great years. They got us in right away and they were very caring and professional.Everyone there had masks on and made sure i had a mask. They were the Best.

The staff and doctors at Greenbriar have been wonderful. They have cared for our cats and dog through their later years. I highly recommend them.
