My 5 year old has been traumatized with a long history of IBS and extended stays at the vet during the pandemic. On my first visit to Green Pond Animal Care Center, I knew I found my new permanent vet. I was so impressed with the patience and personalized care that our tech Samantha gave us today. She was dynamic, informed, and above all, a clear animal lover. I will not be taking my pets anywhere else. They spent about 45 minutes with my dogs on their first visit just normalizing the environment and exposing them to their treats to ensure it was positive for them. By the end of the visit, my older dog was practically pawing the tech to get his nails trimmed and get his treat. The center recommended holistic methods and information about managing my dogs health issues, and they saw us in a timely manner. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Staff heartwarming, caring, comforting, loving. On this day, 12182024 12:51 pm I laid to rest peppateeny. She had congestive heart failure, I was devastated 💔 to not bring her back home, cried for days, crying now 😭love all my pets, as if I birth them. Will fight you ova my pets, indoor, or outdoor. Nonetheless, I love this Green Pond Animal Center, thanx a bunch for your hospitality & the love you shared with me. Love this vet! The staff are all excellent, know my dog by name, and she loves going there. If you need grooming, Joe is your man. I truly love the staff here. They treat my dog like their own pet.
