Only good thing to say about this place is they were able to get us in same day. Took our dog in who had been sick wanting to find out what might have been wrong, but we were not hopeful of a positive outcome. We were brought back to a room right away which was nice. The tech that was messenger between the vet and us could not get details or pricing correct when she was talking to us. Once the bloodwork came back it was determined he had pancreatitis. No mention of if the other bloodwork showed anything. I did not care for how the vet talked to us about what could be done and suggested we should have gotten a smaller dog since the large size of ours would be more costly to care for. Said it would be $2000 for a treatment. We asked about putting our dog down since he is older and he has not been himself for sometime. She said he still has fight left in him and suggested change of diet and some meds since we did not want spend a large amount on a senior dog with no promise it would cure. Told us our total was $320 with the meds but no idea where that number came from and ended up being $465 when checking out. Our dog really had a lot of fight at the vet, but we know our dog and the vet should have taken that into account when we asked about putting down. But I am glad she talked us out of it because we were able to take our dog to another vet where they were compassionate and were able to make his end of life process perfect and peaceful. I found a new patient review on their website. There were negative choices for the reception staff, but only positive choices for the vet and tech. How do you improve if you can’t take negative criticism. The person who answered the phone and the front desk employees were the only ones I have positive things to say about.

Apr 06, 2025 · Chris HI was going to say how much I love taking my brother Benny to visit with Dr Tessler and her assistant. But truthfully it is trust that keeps us coming back.
May 12, 2025 · Joe SloanMy experience and my dog’s is awesome. They always are friendly and take good care of Dubbs no matter if he is being very vocal. We love Dr. Corina and staff.
Oct 17, 2022 · Denise SeratteLove this place so much! Truly caring about my fur babies and gave the best care!!!!
Mar 02, 2025 · sara lemmonWe signed Minnie up for the longevity study BUT Dr. Tressler diagnosed her issue (a high liver-type enzyme) as a gall bladder problem. Our normal veterinarian and a specialist veterinarian didn't find this issue! We were elated with this diagnosis! We enjoyed meeting her and the staff. Her staff also set us up on Hill's at home for Minnie's new food and graciously set another of our dogs on Hills up as well. This was completely new information for us and i was also thrilled to know this. If we were not in Owasso? I would be switching to Green Country. If you are near Glenpool? You should switch.
