I have several animals that see the vets at this clinic and board whenever I travel for work. I have been very pleased by everyone I have interacted with from the front desk back. We had an emergency while my pup was boarding and they took care of him as if he were their own. I was out of state and they made sure he got the best care possible, saving his life. I really feel that they love my pets as much as I do. I highly recommend.

Dr. Pate is very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to quickly diagnose and treat my cat for pillow foot. She clearly cares for animals and was happy to see the improvement when we went for a recheck. My kitty feels so much better thanks to her and we have a plan should her symptoms reoccur. I would definitely recommend Greater Atlanta Vet. and Dr. Pate.

I highly recommend this practice! My first experience with Dr. Pate was in 2018 when my family's sweet kitty, Pickles, had to cross the rainbow bridge. It was an incredibly difficult & emotional day for my family and me. Dr. Pate was incredibly kind, understanding, informative, thorough, and professional. I was already in the process of adopting/rescuing a kitten, Simon, and when I finally got to take him home. I made an appointment for him to be seen by Dr. Pate. Simon's been in for annual check-ups ever since December 2018. When it comes to going to the vet, Simon is afraid of his own shadow. I had to get a carrier that comes apart so that we can have access to him. They are all so patient and gentle with him. I love that appointments can be made online and that they have Friday, and even Saturday hours. love love love this place.

I have been taking my pets to GAVM for four years now and am very satisfied overall with my experiences. Dr. Day is fantastic and always provides excellent care and sympathy to my pets. She is always happy to answer my questions and explain what's going on in as much detail as I ask. She helped me get one of my dogs on a specialty diet that has significantly improved ongoing digestive issues. She has also done a great job with dental work, ear infections, and all work. The support staff is always helpful and very caring of my pets. Jenna at the front is a fantastic office manager and is very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the staff are always kind and welcoming, and the prices are fair. If you live in this area, this is a great vet office to consider!

I’ve been coming here a few months now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed bringing my cats here. I have a 10 year old cat who does have some medical issues and they have made any issues that arise a breeze to work through. They’re very transparent with the care my cats need. On the few occasions I am not able to physically be there in person for appointments/emergency visits, they would text me live updates of findings as well as approvals of care and medications (which really helped alleviate the stress of emergency visits). I also get texts from the vet the day after major visits following up on how my cats are doing which really shows me their care and devotion to making sure my cats remain healthy. Also shoutout Jenna for the fun stamps and the easy walk through of aftercare medications!
