i was very happy with the excellent care that Dr.Gray and her staff provided for my dog Reggie. They were very thorough and i was confident that they ran all necessary medical tests. i am happy to say that Reggie is on the mend and doing great. i highly recommend Gray animal hospital !

The staff are always nice & very professional. The vets are thorough and answer all of my questions. I also like the fact that I can reach the office via text message and always receive a response in a timely manner. Appointment availability is also very flexible.

In our almost 10 years of owning rabbits we have struggled to find a good vet for our rabbits. In the last 3 weeks we unfortunately had 2 rabbit emergencies for our girls. After finding this vet when our first rabbit had an emergency visit we figured why not and I’m so incredibly thankful I did. Dr Gray and her staff not only preformed an emergency surgery and saved our bunny’s life, she is doing great. She also performed another emergency surgery on our other rabbit today and saved her life and gave her a chance. All I can say is we are incredibly grateful for Dr Gray and all the staff that takes amazing care of all animals. We now found our new vet for our zoo. 100% recommend Gray Animal Hospital.

I know a lot of people have good experiences here. I know they saved my daughter's kitty's life. To a profit of over $3000.00 But when I called in to get my new feral cat checked out I was told that my other cat hadn't been seen for 2 yrs so they wouldn't see my new cat til they saw my current cat. Took my current cat in. Vet tech was awesome. Doctor, not so much. Rude, no table side manner, didn't explain anything she was doing. Didn't tell me anything about my concerns. Berated me about current cats weight. Just rude. I just feel that they are more concerned about making a buck then the care of their patients and the families. Just extremely disappointed. We will be taking both our cats elsewhere.

If you are looking for a place to take your pets, I would strongly recommend Gray Animal Hospital in Zion, Illinois. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring, compassionate, friendly and really concerned about your pet's health. They take the time to explain everything that they are going to do for your pet, explain what you will need to do when your pet gets home, and follow up with texts or e-mails. I don't think you could get better care anywhere else.
