One of the best vets I've ever been to! We had to euthanize one of our 14 y/o cats this past weekend. Every single staff member met us with empathy and sincere compassion. The vet was kind, direct, and most of all patient with us. We will be coming back here with all 7 of our other cats & dogs. A big and grateful THANK YOU to everyone!

Thank you gravel springs animal hospital for helping out our family Chihuahua, Lacie, yesterday evening. It was a relief to know she didn't eat any chocolate after all. Now she is getting back to her life of doing what she loves.

This vet was unknown to us a month ago and I have already had 2 very positive experiences with them. We first discovered them when my parents elderly dog unexpectedly passed away at home. It was a Sunday afternoon and her usual vet office was closed. In a moment of sadness and panic, I had no idea where to take our deceased dog or who to call. By chance, I found Gravel Springs Animal Hospital happened to be open and was only a 10 minute drive from us. I called them to see if it was ok to bring our dog there and they were very welcoming and sympathetic and were able to get us in right away. Last night, my French bulldog had an episode that made us nervous. Again, it was on a Sunday afternoon and her usual vet was closed. We felt as if she needed to be seen that day, but did not need an emergency vet. Thank God once again Gravel Springs Animal Hospital was able to get us in within 30 minutes, at 5pm on a Sunday! God bless them! They got our little girl better and today she is doing great and we have peace of mind. We are so thankful for this clinic for being there for us in great times of need!

When our cat was in critical condition and needed an emergency C-section, my daughter was very upset and cried, fearing that our cat might not survive. This cat is so important to our family, and we were all in despair. The veterinary team showed exceptional professionalism and kindness. They were always ready to answer our questions and provide support during this difficult time. It was clear that they genuinely care about both the animals and their owners. Took my cat here for constipation because our regular vet was closed for the next few days. They said gave him an enema, sedated him and manually evacuated him. They gave him back to me soaking wet, sitting in diarrhea in his carrier. Really felt like they were just rushing me in and out. $500 for that by the way. My regular vet would normally keep him for a few hours to ensure that he is fine before releasing him, as well as give him an IV to keep him hydrated, which they didn't even offer here. They also kept calling my male cat a girl, if that says anything about their experience and level of care. I won't be taking any pet to them again.

I want to thank the Gravel Springs team for being there for me and my sweet Ellie during one of the hardest moments of my life. They were kind, compassionate, and supportive when Ellie was diagnosed and when I had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye. Even in such a devastating situation, they treated both of us with so much care and respect. I am truly grateful for their guidance and empathy. I would trust them with my pets anytime.
