After calling several vet offices to see who would take in my sick cat, I had to deal with several rude receptionists from local offices who seemed to have no compassion whatsoever for my situation. Grace took my cat in with no hesitation! I really appreciated how honest they were when they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my cat. Instead of insisting on expensive testing and treatments, they offered the option for a saline injection and some gabapentin before inquiring about further intensive treatment. That seemed to do the trick and my cat was just fine after. The visit and medication was overall affordable and I really enjoyed the staff. The environment was clean and professional so I will continue to bring my pets there from now on!

Our dog needed an abscess lanced after being nipped by another dog. Our veterinarian office yet again when we needed them was unavailable. I called around and Grace Animal Hospital was not only willing to see us that day but they worked us in. Dr. Hill is great. We discussed another concern while there and came up with a perfect solution and a plan. I will not be back to my old vet. I had my vet records transferred to Grace and will be seeing them exclusively for all my veterinarian needs. I Love the All ladies atmosphere and am all about women supporting women. The love and kidness they showed our dog while there told me that this was where we belonged. I look forward to building a great client relationship with all the ladies and with Dr. Hill

Everyone at this clinic were responsive, tender, and kind to our family during an incredibly difficult situation with our beloved dog needing a compassionate euthanasia. Thank you for being there for us, for working is in, and for making such a terrible thing as humane as possible.

They provide amazing, compassionate, and affordable care for our princess, and for our newest family member (surprise! It's a boy!). I called the morning after our unplanned adoption of a gentle giant pup (mastiff mix) and they got us in right away for his vaccinations / deworming. Our boy loved everyone there, but he especially loved his doctor, veterinary technician, and the fantastic secretarial client services representative! The princess is a bit more of a difficult patient when getting vaccinations and being examined, but it was no surprise to me that the staff at Grace took just as much time to ensure that our newest family member had an overall calm and positive experience. They really did go the extra mile to eliminate/reduce any of my furry family members' and my anxiety typically associated with visiting the vet. I am so grateful they were recommended when I first moved to Muskegon. It's a small clinic off the beaten path (seriously be cautious of pot holes along the route lol) but it is very pleasant and clean. There are separating half doors for safely navigating the flow of patients, and the examination rooms are surprisingly very spacious! If you want a superior care experience for your furry family member, then definitely make this your veterinarian choice!

Love the care and attention my pets received here when I lived in the area. They accept care credit which is a big plus. The facility is clean and the doctors are knowledgeable.
