Very compassionate and caring staff. The vet was incredibly mindful and kind during the difficult process of putting our dog to sleep. Explained everything clearly and never rushed us. Thank you is not enough.

Could not say enough amazing things about this clinic! I went with my best friend and her English Bulldog, for a check up and just to find a new veterinarian for her beloved Fatboy. Dr. Carrier and Ryan (Vet Tech) were exceptional!!! Compassionate, caring, and you can truly tell they are in this profession for the animals. Both of us have grown up with dogs and both own our own now, never have either of us felt so seen and heard by a veterinarian. Dr. Carrier thank you SO MUCH, you are one of a kind! ❤️

no stars to give here as this was the WORST service ever. My appt. was at 10:45am. I arrived at 10:40am; Irma the only positive experience I had assisted me with filling my paper work out as it was our first visit to this vet practice and our last. Records on one dog were sent from my prior vet to them on Jan 29 and again while I was there since they said they didn't have them. After 35 minutes of waiting I had to ask how much longer... i was told they were slow. Why didn't someone tell me this upfront? I have a schedule and life as well working 3 jobs. after another 10 minutes, they come in with an estimate, now almost an hour later dogs still not seen. Trying to give and charge me for something one of my dogs already had. I finally after an hour had enough and gathered my things. A woman comes out and says let me talk. Are you kidding me, what kind of service is that... i said no you will let me talk. I just wasted an hour of my time and my dogs still weren't cared for. She wanted to reschedule. Are you kidding me. Why would I ever give a practice like this my money. It's really simple, COMMUNICATE TO CLIENTS UPFRONT when they come in. If your slow, short-staffed, have emergencies tell THE CLIENT. DON'T LET THEM SIT THERE FOR AN HOUR.

It's all about the vet! Dr. Carrier is so good with Lincoln that after one visit he was actually excited to go back as soon as he knew where he was. She is amazing with him and knows exactly how to approach him and make him feel like his vet visits are a positive experience. The staff is great also! I feel like Lincoln is in good hands here.
