GoodVets Polaris

After searching for a vet for years that genuinely cares for my cats like I do, I can safely say that I don't have to look any further. The level of compassion and knowledge the team at the Polaris GoodVets has is unmatched. They put me and my kitten at ease during an incredibly stressful time, and went out of their way to accommodate my budget and the care my kitten, Reginald, needed. I am immensely grateful for such a well rounded team of veterinary doctors and technicians! I can't recommend this location enough!

Wonderful and caring. Very happy with the care my dog receives here. Staff and doctors are all very friendly. Have been bringing my dog here for over a year, since she was a puppy and had her spay done here. They have also helped us through some illnesses over the year. My dog gets excited every time she comes here despite being poked and prodded. That says a lot about the level of care she receives from the staff.

We had our first visit with GoodVets today. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience. It is refreshing to see there are still vets out there that truly care about your pet and don’t just rush through appointments. We highly recommend them!

Coming from an extremely expensive vet who basically was gate keeping every penny you spent on your pet, while trying to do as much work as they could to run up my bill. I couldn't get prescriptions approved anywhere else. They made you purchase from them at a 50% margin from everyone else. So I contacted Goodvets to get my dog the care she needed without being nickel and dimed for every single thing. They got me in quickly(less than a week) as I needed to get her in before her medication ran out. She is a very nervous pup but the staff was very patient and even got down on the floor next to her to keep her as comfortable as her little anxious self could be. She ended up having an infection in her foot when I thought it was due to her allergies. They explained everything in detail to me and even though she left with 4 different prescriptions and one on the way from chewy, the price was not bank shattering. I appreciate this team for the care they gave my precious pup and the compassion they have for the owners. I didn't feel guilted into spending all of my money, they truly wanted to help and not just take your money.

I took my dog here after not loving our previous vet. They were AMAZING with him! Everyone was so nice and very informative. They were so patient with Theo and went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. I’m so happy we found such a great vet that we feel comfortable and confident returning to! We will definitely be bringing Theo back for all his future needs!!!
