Perfect choice for our family and puppy! Staff is attentive, patient, and all around amazing. They make my hyper boykin spaniel puppy, Margot, feel so comfortable and at ease. It's become one of her favorite places! They have gone above and beyond for her care! I HIGHLY recommend!

After trying many vets in this area following our move a couple of years ago, we finally found GoodVets Plaza Midwood and had the best experience. We were getting ready to leave for vacation and our dog started itching like crazy and breaking out in red rashes all over. Dr. Higgins and the staff fit us in that same morning and took the time to learn all about our pups medical history (he’s a mess) and even spent time just sitting on the ground with him giving him loving. They gave us different options to help him that would work well for our friend who would be watching him and they also followed up with CARE about his upcoming surgery to answer some other questions. Since then, they’ve been available easily through text to answer a couple questions following a surgery he had elsewhere. We finally found a vet that cares about the animals they treat and everyone there seems to love what they do. We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far.

Took our cat zippo for a wellness check and they were absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in! He’s a shy guy but they made him feel so calm. 100/10 recommend for all pet owners
