I was looking for an urgent care vet with no wait last week when my elderly gremlin was struggling. Goodvets got us in quickly and were incredibly warm-hearted and caring. Based on the exam, they did offer me some (invasive) options that would've given us a few short weeks more together, but they were very validating when I was choosing what the kindest option would be for her, and they were very empathetic throughout the process. It was a hard day, but they definitely did all they could to make it easier.

This vet is very nice and provides great care, but it is overpriced. My dog needed the flu vaccine, so that he could go to daycare. I made an appointment with the vet tech (not the actual vet), to get the vaccine. When I got there I was told that I would have to pay an exam fee plus the $67 for the vaccine. Mind you he had been fully examined but the vet about 6 months ago and had no issues. The flu vaccine is a two part shot, and I was informed I would have to pay A SECOND exam fee THREE WEEKS LATER plus another $67 for the second shot. So that's three exam fees in 6 months. Also, the "exam" done by the vet tech was listening to my dog's heart for less than 5 seconds. I understand having to pay for an exam once a year and when it's done by the vet. But this setup they have clearly seems to me a scam to make more money. This vet is very luxurious and the aesthetic is very nice, but I believe you are paying inflated prices just for that. I do not think the spa like vibe is worth overpaying.

I've never been to a vet that didn't smell like dog! You walk in and get wafted with the scent of vanilla and think you're going to a spa... The techs were absolutely lovely with my big baby of a dog. A little hesitant about their monthly payment plan, and our treatment was pretty pricey out of pocket but we do not have pet insurance, and it's pretty on par compared to other clinics we shopped.

Adopted my tripawd about a month ago. Nervous because my baby was being a little less peppy the past few days. When she woke up coughing I freaked out, but was able to immediately make an appointment here. Everyone from Brittany at the front desk, Isabelle, and Dr. Weidner were so kind to us and VERY patient with all of my questions. My girl's doing better and got her spark back
