Very clean space and very profissional staff, they were open to hear my experience as a pet owner and help me decide on the best option for my kitty. In ou first time there was a dog having exam at the same time as my kitty, which caused her a lot of stress, we had to schedule again for a tech appt since they couldn’t do the exam because of her stress. They could be more careful about that to avoid stress. Besides that, I had a good experience.

I was able to make a same day appointment for a nail trim. We were greeted when we came in. My fur baby was loved on and treated as one of their own. He loved all the attention. His nail trim went great. There were other pets inside the lobby before our appointment so to keep safe distance we enjoyed the clean fenced in area outside. He could be off leash and was able to explore around the patio area. There is also a selfie wall to take photos of your fur baby. I have received great customer service from the employees at this location.

Good Vets Montford is a wonderful vet clinic filled with a wonderful group of talented and compassionate caregivers. I have received the best care for my animals in many circumstances and they always rise to every need from disabled dogs to well visits… surgery to injuries. Dr. Stanley is who I see and her heart for animals is evident from the moment she gets on their level and loves on them. Her knowledge is impressive, but she is caring of animals and their owners. I am so grateful to have found her and have the great care for my handicap pup, my rescues, and fosters at times. I am blessed to have my fur babies be under her care.. Me and my dog have been very happy with GoodVets. We can walk over which is a big plus, but more importantly, it’s clear that the staff truly love dogs and are passionate and caring about their work. They are also very prompt, we can usually get an appointment in a day or two and get in and out quickly while never feeling rushed. I wouldn’t trust the care of my best friend to just anybody but I’m super comfortable and happy with Dr. Stanley and her team!

I had a very disappointing experience at GoodVets that I feel needs to be shared. When my fur baby fell ill, I sought their services, hoping for compassionate care. Unfortunately, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics and exorbitant prices. During my first visit, they tried to charge me thousands of dollars for what should have been simple check-ups for my pets. I was taken aback by the aggressive upselling of unnecessary tests and treatments. It felt like they were more focused on maximizing their profits than on genuinely helping my fur babies. Most recently, I went in to get my pet’s ears cleaned and to receive her allergy shot, which I was told would not require an appointment. To my shock, they quoted me nearly $500 for these simple services. It’s incredibly disheartening to see a business take advantage of pet owners in their time of need, especially when they promise straightforward care. I left feeling overwhelmed and taken advantage of. I cannot recommend GoodVets to fellow pet owners. Please be cautious and seek out a place that prioritizes your pet’s health and well-being over their bottom line.
