I cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. Knerr and her staff. My sweet boy came in with a limp, and I got the worst news that it was cancer. Dr.Knerr talked me through the process with such gentle honesty and kindness. She took the time out of her day to personally follow up with me after our appointments. This was one of the hardest things I had to go through and I was alone, but the staff made me feel less helpless and scared. They treated my sweet boy with so much love and I know he wasn’t scared either. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for displaying such raw, unfiltered compassion. And to my sweet samson( Sam Sam) Rest in peace in the doggy mountains of Heaven, my angel boy. I love you forever.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr.Knerr and couldn’t be more grateful for the care she provided for my pet. From the moment we walked in, she was not only incredibly kind and welcoming, but also took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the examination and treatment plan. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions made me feel fully informed and confident in the care my pet was receiving. I truly appreciate her approach and how trustworthy she is—it’s clear she genuinely cares about the well-being of the animals she treats. The staff was kind to both me and my cat. They were really good at working with him, getting both a urine sample and an XRay from him way faster than I have seen any other vet and without causing him too much distress. We were able to complete the whole appointment in just under an hour despite having to do multiple tests. They were very knowledgeable and had multiple explanations for the issues my boy was having and were good at explaining it to me as well. I definitely will be going back!

From the second I walked in Alex the receptionist was very welcoming to me and my dog paisley. We then meet our vet tech Cheyenne who was so nice and freindly. She made us feel extremely comfortable with her knowledge and kindness. Our doctor was doctor Hess who was so nice and was so great making paisley my dog feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and address all of them. By the end of the visit I was so comfortable with all there knowledge I decided to sign up for the wellness plan. I know my dog and I will be taken care of while in there hands! Very beautiful hospital and exam rooms as well! The staff making me feel comfortable and there knowledge

The clinic and staff were very nice! My cat is quite skittish around new people and she felt comfortable with everyone! Even made herself comfortable on the cat tree in the exam room. The kindness and compassion they showed towards my cat was incredible! They took time to recognize that she was nervous and made her feel comfortable.
