Only been there for the initial visit, they were excellent. Did not push any unnecessary services and took great care of our min pin Ruby. Recognized Ruby was nervous about being there and took every precaution to make her as comfortable as possible. Really looking forward to a long relationship with Good Vets.

Certificate of Vaccination had been wrong and uncorrected. Check yours if a client, likely issued incorrectly and will remain wrong. It has taken four (4) calls and eight (8) emails and a BBB complaint to get the certificate of vaccination correct to weight and unit of weight. This was a simple fixed that wasn't. And lying about it being prompt, it's been a month Dylan, and a hassle for all involved parties. Check your certificates before you depart for the holidays and no Dylan, I don't need a USDA Cert for my travels. You have been very unpleasant Dylan, in fixing the weight and units on my Cert of Vac. I had to post this review AND a BBB complaint to get an HONEST, ACCURATE AND COMPLETE CERTIFICATE. Your attempts in diminishing my needs for my certificate are illustrated your far fetched USDA theory reply. And your creepy message on my voicemail is very different than how you presented on the phone. Don't call me all calm about your thoughts, after being nearly hysterical for denying me my certificate of vaccination, All offices issue them, correct to weight and unit. So, don't call me OR my dog anymore. Don't allowed GoodVets to ruin your travel plans. Be vigilant on the Certificates. AND, check your invoices, I was charged a Tech Consultant fee, told it would be credited back, but no. Per the estimate, not even even mentioned but I sure got charged for it. Not yet credited either. Dylan will say his clinic's certificate of vaccination isn't important, to him obviously. The certificate has been wrong for a month, and havibg the BBB come in to help. For me, everything about my dog has to be accurate, vaccinations included. Don't accept Dylan's bullying and report him to his superiors and veterinarian affiliates if he gets spicy with you and tries to cheat on paperwork and billing. When you get it, check it! SAME ON INVOICE. BOTH The certificate and the invoice were WRONG. They even went as far as to say I had to convert the numbers from kilos to pounds on the Certificate as tho customers 😅 would buy that. My dog is over 40 pounds, this bunk certificate would have cost thousands in delays. And you were notified of my travels, in August. GoodVets: treat your clients better. This location has super friendly and helpful staff, and the transparency around pricing makes me feel comfortable knowing we can work together for getting the best care for my pet. We feel very comfortable and cared for, both me and my dog, every time we come in for a visit.
