We had the sad appointment of getting our 15 year old cat euthanized. I'm rating them 5 stars because Dr Larson & his techs were empathetic and patient with us in our grief while explaining what to expect with this sad appointment (this photo is of them trying to get my cat's footprint when we first got in the room). It was wonderful and they were very caring with us. However, when we first walked in, Melissa at the front desk was very rude to us. Ridge Road was a nightmare and we were 20 minutes late for our appointment. She looked right at me and said, under her breath, 'you're late!'. (I did attempt to call on the way to let them know traffic was bad and we would be late but nobody answered and when I called the office manager this morning to make a complaint about Melissa, she said they didn't get the message until this morning). I Ben said, excuse me? I didn't hear you and she said it again, but louder - 'you're late!'. The other woman in the front was not much nicer because she chimed in and said 'yes, you were supposed to be here at 4:15 and it's now 4: 35 (as if I was unaware). I apologized, and that's when I told her that I did try to call (with no answer). I also asked if I was inconveniencing her in any way - should we leave to go somewhere else? Should reschedule for tomorrow? She then replied with, 'no, we are completely booked tomorrow'. I told her this appointment was hard enough to face, as we were euthanizing our cat and she was SO rude to me (also, I was in tears this entire time because of my cat). The vet techs in the office then stepped up and said 'no, the doctor is still here. Please stay'. Everything improved after that. The vet techs were more than sweet and caring. It went very well once we were in the back, hence the 5-star review. It went as well as a euthanasia appointment can go, and that was due to the compassion of the techs and Dr Larson. However, I would give Melissa a -5 star review for her attitude. She is not a good first face to see when you step into the office. My son's girlfriend, who was with us, was appalled at Melissa's behavior and said that attitude would never take place at the office where she works. That person would most likely be fired. I hope Melissa either moves on to another place of work, where she does not have to be compassionate & friendly, or she makes a major change in her attitude. Dr. Larson and his techs, though, are compassionate, caring, 5 star rating people.

Absolutely LOVE Glen Park! He's been looking over our pets for over a decade. Reasonably priced, and his entire team 💯 % cares about each fir baby that walks through the door. Compassionate when it's time to say your goodbye to your best friend. Mr. Nimbus, Scout, and Domino appreciate you ALL!

This place is unbelievable. 5 times they canceled my appointment for my cats surgery since October and then will not rebook it. Initially, I liked them which is why I kept rescheduling appts and didn't go elsewhere. I will never recommend them to anyone.

The staff is so helpful, caring and make you feel at home. They are patient and knowledgeable and I trust them with my puppy Aki. He is getting use to going and they all do such a great job and he never cries. He loves the ladies that's for sure.

Love this place, and so does my Lily! Dr walked in and knew EXACTLY what my baby needed. She's the happiest girl ever! No more itchy/stinky paws, or scratching at her ears! Thank you Dr. Larson!!!
