Our visit went smoothly! From checking in to checking out. Such an amazing team Dr. Harrison-Jackson has! Highly recommend! 10/10

Front desk is supportive and caring . The vets are absolute trash . One of my babies had to be put down. They charged through the nose and only two people could be present during my baby girls passing . I had to sit in the waiting room with the rest of the family while only two other family members were allowed to experience my baby's passing .Policies dictated by the Vets no doubt. I then brought my other small fur baby in because the poor little guy had been abused and had anxiety like no other. Putting our trust in this facility the same doctor who put my other baby down prescribed a horse tranquilizer for a chihuahuas anxiety. It almost killed him . If you are reading this I suggest you go elsewhere. As for the Animal Hospital itself if one of your employees is reading this. Please do not respond . You've done more then enough damage . Shame on your practice

My old cat was near the end of her life. I had an appointment in 2 days with the vet to discuss end-of-life decisions. However, when I woke up in the morning, things had taken a turn for the worst. I called the vet, and although they were booked solid, they said to come right away. By the time I arrived, they had already hung a sign on the exam room door for me requesting privacy. I walked into the exam room and realized that my companion had passed away. I cried. The staff hugged me and consoled me and gave me kind words. The doctor reassured me that she was in a better place. They were compassionate and understanding. Rest in peace my old friend.

Dr. Ashley Harrison-Jackson and the staff took special care when handling my cat, "Mittens". She is older and a big concern that I have is the way she is handled. The staff took their time and were very gentle with her. A thorough examination was done and they got back to me quickly regarding the results of her bloodwork. I'm very pleased that Dr. Harrison-Jackson listened to my concerns regarding my beloved pet. Upon my request, Mittens was provided with medication beforehand to help her relax while being seen. They hydrated her and provided me with several cans of high calorie prescription cat food to take home. Nothing means more than having people who care take care of your animals. I would definitely recommend Glen Burnie Animal Hospital. Thanks again!

Our 17 year old dog with cancer had to be euthanized, we brought him to Glen Burnie Animal Hospital because that's where he has always gone and the staff and doctors were always above average. We had no clue they were under new ownership and had we known we would have asked more questions or went elsewhere we could trust. We called and asked about the process and the cost and were told it would be somewhere around $350. We brought him in and were not told a cost just asked for our card and because it's such a terrible time just handed the card over, we knew it would be around $350 and didn't want to go over the details at that moment. They charged the card and brought the receipt. We were charged near $700. Upon signing the consent forms it seems as though they charge $300 something for the procedure and $300 for cremation. All of the recent good reviews seem bought and paid for. Its not the same friendly affordable vet it was before new ownership, it's just a heartless business now.
