Gentle Touch Animal Hospital

We found Gentle Touch while experiencing an emergency with our little Frenchie! We were a bit stressed and overwhelmed, and Dr. Kim did such an amazing job at taking care of our girl while also making sure we were informed and taken care of. The team was super helpful, and even took some steps to reduce costs for us ahead of going to the emergency room. She made a full recovery, and Dr. Kim was reaching out multiple times to follow up and check on how she was doing. This is such a great place to go if you want straight-forward care and a team that will truly take care of your pets while you’re there! Received excellent and expedited care over the weekend after an unexpected/unfortunate incident. My dog is doing much better and I have a lot more peace of mind after taking her to gentle touch. Paisley is a happy girl!

In 2021 we moved here from out of state with Mickey and Window. We had gotten them fully up to date before moving here; but as life goes our kitty (who had a pre diagnosed chronic condition) had a flare up and needed to be seen, but we didn’t have a vet established here yet. I called so many places and they couldn’t see us and all recommended an emergency vet. I called Gentle Touch as the last place on my list and they got us in. They were incredible from that very first time we went in there in 2021, and every time we’ve seen them for the last 3 years. We have seen every Vet, tech, assistant, staff member over the years and every single person is the best in every way. They truly care not just about your pet, but about you as their pet parent too. We have seen them for unplanned visits and annual checkups and the standard of care is always top tier. We recommend Gentle Touch to everyone who needs a vet because they have been a pillar of support and care for our family for years now; and we can’t thank them enough.

My cat actually.. dare I say it... enjoyed her visit (note the pics of her climbing all over everything since the room is set up to be cat-friendly, and patiently sitting for her BP). Dr. VanKoot and the rest of the staff were awesome. He's great with cats and thoroughly+patiently answered my endless questions. I unfortunately moved out of state so I haven't been back in a while but finding a new vet has been tough after the high standards everyone here set. Thank you all!

The staff is amazing. My little cat was calm and they were so kind. Will definitely come back and make this my new clinic for the fur baby.
