We switched vets after reading the fabulous reviews. Our other vet was too far from our new home, so this was a tough decision for us. We were excited to see Gateway being right down the street from us. Unfortunately, we have been here for only a year and leaving. Every time we went, we felt a burden to the staff and doctors. We hope Gateway can provide their front desk with more training for customer service. Also, it would be helpful to incorporate emails about upcoming appointments/ vaccine reminders and updating your website.

The team at Gateway Animal Hospital fit us in for an urgent visit on a busy day with a packed schedule. Dr Walker was kind and thorough. We are visiting from out of town and now know why our local family loves this vet practice!

Gateway Animal Hospital has been absolutely amazing with my pets from day one. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and understanding, always taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. I always leave feeling like they genuinely care about both their patients and their owners, making sure I feel confident in every decision about my pet’s care. Dr. Shelley is truly an Earth angel. I couldn’t be more grateful for this practice, and can’t recommend them enough.

Our dog had a pain problem that kept him up all night. We called Gateway Animal Hospital and they took him in right away. It was a busy Monday for them. They did some surgery on his leg and he was back home by noon. Thank you all - the staff - the organization - the doctors - much appreciated. Henry is much better now! ❤️

I can’t say enough nice things about Gateway Vet!! I’ve gone to this vet growing up as a kid with family pets. Recently moved back to the area and I got my own pup who was feeling very sick this weekend. Managed to get her in right away! She was there a week and even though I missed our pup very much, I was extremely relieved to know she was in great hands. The doctor called me everyday with updates. The staff is always friendly and you can really tell they care for each pet like it was their own! Would not go anywhere else!
