Brought my cat in because she had a limp in her leg. They told me everything was fine but gave her some pain medication. Cost over $500 which they blamed on the xray.. sure fine.. well I come home and found a giant hole in my cats side leg so big and deep I could see her bones. If they did a decent job, they should’ve noticed. Now I have to rush her elsewhere. Pathetic. Not worth your time or money because clearly they don’t care.

The provided reviews describe a concerning incident where a cat was brought in with a limp. According to the reviewer, despite an X-ray and a cost exceeding $500, the underlying issue – a significant and deep wound with exposed bone – was allegedly not noticed by the veterinary staff. The reviewer expressed disappointment and a lack of confidence in the care provided, stating that they had to seek immediate care elsewhere. This feedback suggests a potential issue with the thoroughness of examinations or the diagnostic accuracy at the time of the visit.

Given the nature of the feedback, it is challenging to objectively describe the typical services offered by Gateway Animal Care Group: Baugher Caron DVM based solely on this information. Typically, a Pet Hospital provides a range of services including diagnostics (such as X-rays), medical treatments, and potentially surgical interventions. In the case described by the reviewer, an X-ray was performed, and pain medication was prescribed. This single, albeit negative, account doesn't provide a comprehensive overview of all the services they might offer, but it does highlight a critical concern regarding the quality of care experienced by at least one pet owner.

The primary feature highlighted by the available feedback is the alleged failure to properly diagnose a visible and severe wound, despite conducting an examination that included an X-ray.
