I took my 3 year old male dog in to be neutered last week. These guys have the process of drop off and pick up down to a science! I found the whole experience very easy and my dog is healing well. Thankful to have this service in Gaston County!

Very nice staff. And helpful too! My kitty did great after surgery she was just tired a couple days then back to her old self. We took extra ATTENTION to make sure she didn’t lick herself. So I think that is where people with the bad reviews are messing up. Stay on top of the licking! But great experience, the only comment was when we came to pick her up. I didn’t appreciate the way one worker was handing someone else’s dog. It was fairly aggressive….but overall 4 stars! Would come back :)

This clinic is amazing; they do perfect work! My cat “Sunny” did beautifully and healed so quick! She was back to herself in 3 days. The staff is very kind and caring; very well-organized and efficient! I appreciate their low-cost, expert service! I recommend to everyone.

I was going to a real cheap place for my pets for a while but they recently quoted me a pretty heavy price for an exam and routine things and said I would no longer be able to get prescriptions for flea meds if I do not do an exam and other stuff. Wasn’t sure what I was going to do because the amount they estimated would have been pretty crazy for both of my pets. They also were beginning to charge a lot for nail trims too. Gaston low cost spay neuter was a life saver! Got everything I needed done for both my pets for such a great price and was quoted half the price of the other vet office for nail trimming for next time my dog needs it. The price I paid was so reasonable. Glad I was able to get my pets seen. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful too. Will be returning.

I was absolutely blown away by the receptionist. She was very welcoming and helpful. The whole staff there were polite and friendly. The Vet (Erica) showed genuine concern and care for my daughter’s cat. Will be going back to update her other cat’s vaccination. Did I mention the cost of each vaccine was affordable!!
