My parents were just here with my elderly cat Angel. At 20 years old she was feeling very poorly, and it was time to say goodbye. Thank you for your kindness in helping her pass on. This wasn't the first time we had to say goodbye, and you've helped us with that, and keeping our friends healthy on the way. I really appreciate the staff there. They are kind and compassionate, and they clearly care for their patients.

Apr 05, 2025 · Caroline KennedyDr. Marc has been my rat vet for many years now. He is an extremely rat savvy vet with amazing surgical skills. In addition to Dr. Marc doing an outstanding job, every single Veterinary Technician whom has ever helped me has treated me with kindness and compassion. I do not remember all of the Tech’s names, but I know Damien has helped me and my girls on multiple occasions. The receptionists also go above and beyond—Peggy you’re the sweetest. I love the quiet location of this practice. While veterinary costs are rising all across the nation, I have never felt price gouged or upsold on any type of treatment here. I cannot thank you all enough for all of the kindness and compassion you have shown me and my pets throughout the years. I highly recommend this practice and its staff!
Jun 26, 2024 · Jessica McGradyThere may be no words that can do justice. Every staff member we encountered treated us with incomparable compassion, professionalism, and dignity while they handled the euthanasia of our precious 13 year old Labrador Retriever, Bella. We are forever grateful to have been surrounded by such caring individuals on one of the most heartbreaking days of our lives.
Apr 01, 2025 · Linda MindyOur dog had to have several teeth removed last year because he broke them destroying our house with storm anxiety... It is a very smooth, fast process to schedule treatment with Garden's. Everybody was very kind and understanding.
May 08, 2025 · Eric SuterWe had our two cats and one dog seen by vets at Gardens since 2022. In 2023 we brought home our first child, and one of our cats became very stressed out and started having GI problems. When we took him in June 2023, after noticing significant weight loss, we were told he most likely had intestinal cancer and we should think about putting him down. We asked for blood work to be done, which came back normal except for a vitamin B12 deficiency. We began treating his symptoms as IBD at home. The vet had no guidance for us when we first learned about the diagnosis in July 2023, or again when we had an appointment for updated vaccines in April 2024. Our cat’s GI took a turn for the worst when we went away for a week, having one of our friends come see the cats every day. We noticed that out cat’s behavior was tied to whether or not we were home, which we believed stressed the kitty. We then took our cat to Gardens to see Dr. Schultz in March 2025 to discuss anxiety medication. He took an xray, and told us “I don’t even know what I am looking at, the x-ray do not look good, we can put your cat down today.” We refused, and asked to try gabapentin. In one week’s time on gabapentin, while waiting to bring our cat to another vet for a second opinion, our cat went from pooping soft poop 7-11 times per day to pooping solids poops 1-3 times per day. Dr. Schultz never called back with further clarification on our cat’s x-rays which was promised to us he would. We called the vet four times that week, and each time Dr. Schultz was “not in the office that day.” We recently took our cat to another vet, who took repeated x-rays, and completed a urinalysis, bloodwork and stool analysis. This vet has ruled out cancer, parasites and thyroid disease, and is working with us to treat our cat’s stress related IBD. Gardens was unhelpful thought it all and we could have received the proper medication 1.5 years ago with a better vet. Instead, they rather put our cat down. I am glad we switched vets and did not listen to the advice of Gardens. We will not be going back.
