I am not really sure where to start, but I will say this… this is the BEST veterinary I’ve ever been to… to start with, we went to 3 different vets with my baby’s issue and all the did was take a “guess” on his medical problem and kept giving us wrong medications for a WHILE. I finally took my baby to this vet… and let me tell you, I wish I did before. It took only 2-3 days for this vet and his staff to figure out something nobody else could or cared to do so really.. but unfortunately it was already too late. I know he would be able to save my fur baby if we knew about this clinic before. At the end of the day… he still managed to keep him alive a little longer and take his pain away so we could take him home to spend his last couple of days with him… now they’re also taking care of his memorial ashes for us. This is a short story about my best friend. Everyone was lucky to know him but even luckier to revive Galbraith’s vet clinic. Thank yall so much for helping up with the end of this journey. Me and my beloved best friend couldn’t be any happier. God bless you all.

Jan 28, 2025 · Bre CatExceptional Veterinary Care and Compassionate Expertise We recently experienced a veterinary emergency after hours involving our beloved cat, Harley, who was suffering from a severe urinary blockage. Dr. Galbraith promptly responded and provided exemplary care during a very distressing time for our family. From the outset, Dr. Galbraith demonstrated not only clinical expertise but also exceptional communication skills. He thoroughly explained each step of Harley’s diagnosis and treatment, offering detailed insight into the procedures and medical instruments he would be utilizing. His transparency and willingness to involve us in every aspect of Harley’s care were both reassuring and deeply appreciated. What truly set Dr. Galbraith apart was his compassionate demeanor. Despite the urgency of the situation, he remained calm, welcoming, and empathetic—creating a sense of trust and peace of mind. It was immediately clear that Harley was in capable and caring hands. Harley required hospitalization for several days, and during that time, we were consistently updated and kept informed, further reinforcing our confidence in the care he was receiving. Dr. Galbraith and his team went well beyond our expectations, and his dedication to both his patients and their families is genuinely commendable. We unequivocally recommend Dr. Galbraith and his team to any pet owner seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy veterinarian. We will most certainly continue entrusting the care of all our animals to his capable hands.
Apr 08, 2025 · Ashley NorrisTook care of our baby. Fig. He had a really bad uti and no other vet wanted to take the time to help him just wanted to put him to sleep because he was just a cat. Dr. Galbraith took the time and helped him, put him on medicated food. He is the best vet, I've had.
Apr 02, 2025 · Mariah MeadowsYou cannot beat their prices. However, I think they rest upon the idea that their premixes are so low and as a result they are comfortable with their lack of customer service. I made an appointment and week before my date. All I needed to do was tell the vet about my dog and request a prescription to help my dog with dealing with thunderstorms. I was there 2 hours and 45 minutes. They were taking walk-ins that were seen before me several times. I asked several times when I would be seen because I had to go to work. A couple of times when I asked they said they would ask the vet and let me know. But I’d see them walk back to the reception area and never give me an update. The last time I asked an employee that I need to get the meads and leave for work the vet heard me. He seemed to be upset with me besides I asked the question. He said he was short staffed due to an email yes with a bad medical condition and another having a baby. He said I should not be here that day because of that. I said but doc I made an appointment. He replied that they should never made the appointment because of knowing they were going to be short staffed. “Then why take walk ins?” Why not have a sign outside “No walk ins today “. Instead they took many before me. And to boot they did not have a medicine on hand so I received a prescription. I ordered it online but of course the online service cannot get in touch with anyone. No one will call back and they have not replied to 2 faxes sent to them. So while their prices are very low compared to other vets. I’d rather pay more for professionalism, customer service and respecting someone’s time and making appointments their priority over walk in’s. Basically I fired them and I am much better off.
Apr 19, 2025 · Derek RobertsonWonderful vet great with your pets and animals. I drive over an hour to get there. BEST PRICES IN 100 Miles. Seriously anywhere from half to 75% cheaper than anywhere in North Alabama. Only complaint is they are ALWAYS crowded and takes longer to get in and out on the quick stuff but I will continue to take all my pets to him.
