I could not recommend this place more for your fur family. From the moment I called them, to helping with his vaccination records at the groomer, to today when we finally got to meet Dr. White, Jessica, Briana and Michelle. Every single person made us feel at home. On top of that the facility was spectacularly clean and filled with beautiful art and plants. But my number one reason for this to be our new Veterinary home is how they treated Theo and I like family. Make your appointment today! Don’t wait!

It was such a wonderful experience with Dr. Simpson and the entire team for my cat Toshka that needs travel certificate for overseas! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, professional and caring!! We will definitely come back and I highly recommend FurWell Veterinary Hospital!! They were very helpful from the moment I initially came in for a consultation and during the process!

I am thrilled to have found Dr. Simpson and Dr. Barr. I drive an hour each way to take my dogs there. The space is laid out very well and is a peaceful and calming environment. Everything is thought out from the minute you walk through the door, throughout your appointment, as you leave, and the follow up care is superb. I’m very impressed with the level of care they provide. Don’t hesitate to put your pets in their hands. I’m super picky, am very holistic with my pets in general, and want the best for them. I feel they get great care from both vets.

Nothing but positive things to say about this office! I called around frantically Monday morning trying to get my cat seen as he had been throwing up all weekend and the vet I used to go to told me they didn’t have anything open for three weeks. They graciously fitted me in at 2:50pm on Monday. As soon as I got there, I went straight back to a room to complete paperwork. I assumed I would have had to wait around as I know they were just fitting me in. However, I didn’t wait for long until Dr. Barr and Anna came in to see me. They both were kind and compassionate while listening to what I had to say about Leo. They took him back for some X-rays and Dr. Barr was kind enough to sit down with me and explain each part of the x-ray and answer any questions I had. They explained how they would like to proceed with treatment and Leo was brought back to me quickly. Since I’ve left, they have texted me to check on him twice. You can tell that this office genuinely cares about their pets they see. Thank you so much FurWell!! Your team is awesome.

Staff and the doctors are very nice. The waiting room is just beautiful. The doctor spent the time to help explain all options we had. We feel better with what the future holds with our older dog. Very happy overall with the service and the facility. As of right now 8/21/2024 all my dogs go to this vet. Very happy with the service.

We have been to Furwell several times in the past two months. Each time has been such a great experience (we drive 20 minutes to this location because it’s truly worth it) Dr. White is so professional and compassionate she truly loves her patients. Christi did our laser treatment today for Elsa our 6 year old husky who is in recovery for TPLO surgery. Christi is always so patient and sweet to Elsa, she did her blood draw and Elsa didn’t even notice. Elsa truly loves all of the staff at Furwell! Furwells whole team is always so professional and sweet when we come in. I work in the animal industry and the care we receive here for Elsa is by far the best in the upstate.

Ashley is an amazing vet at Furwell! She helped save my Mickey when he suffered suddenly from IIVD by treating him with Acupuncture and different Chinese medicine and other treatments. She is so gentle with him, as are her other techs. I highly recommend this place. They have a huge sign with your pet's name up when you walk in and very friendly receptionist. An awesome experience!
