The staff here took us in last minute on an emergency, with my 15 year old dachshund Winnie - from their gentle care, the plentiful treats (she certainly appreciated) and helping her on the road to recovery quickly… In such a sensitive time, I really appreciate the urgency, transparency and help for my furry sidekick in life ❤️ Fur and Feather will be our new place for vet care going forward! Extra thanks to Malerie, Jenny and Jenifer for their support throughout ❤️

It has been a while since I left a review. Google only allows one per customer. However, we continue to receive outstanding care from Dr. Scheibe and her team. Malerie, Jenny, and Ileene greet our Buddy the minute he hobbles through the door. He always puts the brakes on when they attempt to lead him back, but they win him over with sweet talk and treats. It’s a spa day for him when he gets his laser treatments. Our pets are family in our home, and the ladies in this office understand that and agree! We’ve been treated with the utmost respect and feel like we (as well as our pets) are valued from the minute we walk in. The office is always busy, and that’s a testament to the quality of care pets receive from Dr. Scheibe and her staff. We appreciate them so much and will always be faithful patients. We take all of our babies to Fur and Feather. We began taking them there a few years back because we needed an option that worked well with our schedules. We continue because of the compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable care. Dr. Scheibe has ALWAYS listened to all of my questions patiently, and given me many options for treatment/care. Most recently, Dr. Scheibe and her staff have been working with us to do a series of tests to determine how to best care for our elderly lab, Buddy. They’ve been very patient with me because I am “that” pet parent who is nervous about even leaving him for testing. They’re always busy, and I’m certain it’s annoying to deal with my silly worries. But they NEVER let that show. They always empathize with and listen to my concerns to help me make informed decisions about my pets. The staff are all friendly, and always treat our motley crew like they are the most special pets they’ve ever seen. It’s obvious that they all care deeply for animals in this clinic and want to help pets and owners.

I found the staff extremely attentive to my questions and concerns. They never got frustrated with my additional questions as they came to mind. The Veterinarian that attended gave in my opinion a course of thoughtful responses based on her experience. Overall my concerns were addressed with compassion and consideration for my pet family member. We will definitely return if the need comes again.

They were so kind to my dog! They treated him like family. I’m very particular about where I bring my dog and this place was amazing. They also saw us at 9PM! Eilleen was wonderful to work with! Great customer service. Highly recommend!!

Fur and Feather has seen all of my pets, and we brought in our cat for some recently noticed weight loss. From Cortney up front to our tech Kaylee to Jenny who just popped in to say hello and check in all the way to Dr. Scheibe who explained what our cat was going through, we were cared for completely. Great that they offer in-house blood work and you can get the results in just a few minutes. Love the whole team here!
