I had a dreadful experience this weekend at Friendship because my beloved cat Minou died. I am giving a positive 5 star review because the doctors were very professional and clearly tried their best to save my very sick and injured young cat. I felt like the doctors I spoke with clearly communicated the situation and the seriousness of Minou’s condition, particularly when it became clear that he needed to be euthanized. I interacted with Drs Garrity, Glassman, and Dorsey. I also appreciated that my partner and I were able to take our time in saying goodbye to our cat afterwards.

I had a great experience here with my dog at a cardiologist consult. Dr. McLaughlin explained my dog's condition and what to expect in the future in straightforward terms but clearly backed up with a lot of research. The vet tech was great and thorough. Not inexpensive by any means, but unfortunately I find that with all my vets these days, from dogs to horses. Have been good thus far with communication. I will return!

We have been taking our dogs to friendship for over 20 years and the new emergency center is fantastic. The vet tech, front desk staff, and veterinarian were all great and showed my dog and I the hospitality you need to feel calm during a medical emergency. The veterinarian who saw my dog patiently answered all of my questions and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. Would highly recommend if your pet has an emergency.

Beautiful on the outside but insanely over-priced and dysfunctional on the inside. They were supposed to call after my dog cleared bloodwork to begin taking her medication. They never did. They never emailed me the medication directions. And it took 3 calls between my regular vet and myself to get them to send records. They wrote my name wrong and email in 2 totally different names so they definitely can’t read or do anything they said they’d do without nagging them multiple times. In the end it was a $900 bandage that vet took off two days later saying it was doing more harm than good. I’ll never go back.

Dr. Kelley and all the staff at Friendship Animal Hospital were so kind and supportive. Even in the midst of the business of having just opened the new office, my dog and I felt so taken care of. We really appreciate it. You guys do great work!
