I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this vet office. I called to check if any appointments were available, and the answer was no. Moments later, I was told there was a spot for a walk-in appointment—but still no availability for a regular appointment. This has now happened twice, and it feels like the office prioritizes collecting their $70 walk-in fee over genuinely helping animals in need. It’s also confusing because same-day appointments and walk-in visits are being treated as the same thing. To clarify: Same-Day Appointment: Scheduled: You call or book online ahead of time, but the appointment is arranged for the same day. Time Reserved: A specific time slot is reserved for you, minimizing wait time. Walk-In Visit: Unscheduled: You arrive at the clinic without an appointment. First-Come, First-Served: You’re seen based on availability, which often involves longer waits.

The BEST I have found in Huntington Beach CA they will work with you on price and services to help you and your pet get the very best!!!! They worked miracles for my Tucker I moved to Huntington Beach over 3 years ago and missed my vet in Anaheim however now that I found this office I am so grateful and I know my dogs are well cared for here thank you to the whole team for being so caring and professional keep up the good work if I could give more then 5 stars I would

Dr Nguyen, Dr. Tran and Dr. Kohlfarber are the best you can get for your animal's care. They are compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarians and are very fair priced for their services. I would highly recommend this vet's office for any of your pet's needs, both emergencies and well care visits. I won't go anywhere else and have been coming here for over 10 years now.. I feel lucky he is our family vet and am looking forward for many years of medical help for all of our animals in the years ahead. Dr Nguyen provides solutions and quality care at reasonable prices.....I was not asked to write this review either but am so impressed with his kindness to all of his clients and their pets that I had to tell others... I've been coming here for about 5 years. Here's the thing- once seen - the vet and the techs are great! They are friendly, patient, and get our dogs the care that they need. However, the staff that the business needs in order to run is terrible. The reception desk is disorganized, often confused, and seems to be largely untrained. There have been multiple times where I was charged LESS than my visit was supposed to be, and I've had to correct the receptionist to make it reflect what the technician and vet stated. We went in three weeks ago for an issue, and the vet told me to return in two weeks, we ultimately decided to combine it with my preexisting vaccination appointment. This location is so disorganized, I knew I needed to call the day of to confirm everything. I called one hour prior to my visit to confirm services for my pet. First, the guy told me that we weren't on the schedule at all. Took him about 3 minutes, and he was able to locate us. He then tells me there is no appt for my dog to be seen by the vet, just a technician. My dog has been medicated and wearing a "hat" for three weeks... I did my part and made the appointment. He's left me on hold for 30 minutes. Terrible customer service, and as a result, I will be finding a new vet.

I took my dog because he had a lot of pain in his ear. The vet explained everything to me thoroughly and was very gentle with my dog. All the prices that they told me before hand on the phone were also accurate. I was very pleased with the experience.Thanks Dr Nguyen.

Scammers. Absolute scammers. They'll exploit your love for your pet to scare you into not only paying the high end for what your pet (doesn't) need, but they'll put your pet through the stress of unnecessary treatments for the sake of profit. I come from a medical background and what they did for my pet's injury was completely unnecessary and unethical. Absolute scammers.
