Amazing amazing experience. All the staff were friendly and welcoming to me and my kitty. They go above and beyond in keeping you informed and they explained everything in depth. I was able to afford it too, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to. I never once worried about how my sweet old boy was handled by the staff. My cat and I had a rough experience with Loving Care further downtown; would not recommend going there if you have kitties. (not to compare or make it a competition lol,) but this place was just so great and exceeded my expectations in every way🥰🫶🐾

Highly recommend Fremont animal hospital .They are very compassionate with animals , they got me an appointment sooner than I expected. The prices are reasonable and they did not hesitate to give my dog the proper treatment that he needed. Thank you Fremont animal hospital.

As I stated in my last review Fremont Animal Clinic denied seeing our dog... all together. We never asked for same day emergency visit. We stated we need to make an appointment. No future appointment was offered when asked, not even offering emergency clinics (so you thought we needed) after we have been a customer for 10 years. Please do not respond to this as I have read many reviews and seen you broke an animal's leg as well as many other horrible things you never responded to. I am grateful to God your customer service denied our dog. They lacked compassion and hard lined your policy over an animals health. The proper response is to have a conversation with the individual that answered the phone. If there had been some compassion or desire to assist this review would not have been made.

We called to make an appointment for our dog who is limping. We had been taking our dog there since we got them (10 years). They refused to make us an appointment and when asked why they said our dog wasn't an active patient. So we called Loving Care Clinic who has never seen our dog and they made us an appointment. We do not recommend Fremont Animal Clinic.
