Mar 25, 2025 · Cait NovWe had to put down our sweet 15 year old dog Dylan a couple of days ago. They were so compassionate, explained everything to us, and gave us all the time we needed to be with him before and after his passing. It was the hardest thing we had to do as a family and they handled everything with such grace. I cannot imagine how hard it is to be a vet and see this on such a frequent basis. Miss you forever my baby Dylan. 🩷
Oct 06, 2024 · Lindsey Farmer1 Star This clinic is the epitome of predatory practices. They dragged me into weekly visits for my Boxer’s ear issues without ever mentioning that ear clipping, a common solution for poor circulation in Boxers, could help. Instead, they kept stringing me along to rack up fees. When I asked about heartworm medication, I was told my dog was “2-3 weeks shy” of being ready—forcing yet another unnecessary appointment. On top of that, no one could give a straight answer about pricing; the vet passed me off to the techs, and the techs passed me back to the vet. It was clear they prioritize padding their pockets over providing honest, competent care. Avoid this place at all costs if you value transparency and genuine care for your pet.
Dec 14, 2024 · Ricky FordI just want to share how absolutely wonderful my experience with this place was! My cat was a new patient, never been before. Called because she was having an eye issue. Not only was the woman I spoke to extremely nice, they were ready that night to see & evaluate her to make sure she was okay! I thought that was amazing. I took her in, we saw Dr. Connelly. She was so nice, professional and very thorough. She allowed my cat time to warm up to her before beginning anything. She did a very thorough exam to check for every possible cause of her issue. We discussed testing and medication & now my cat is doing so well! I was nervous seeing a new vet for the first time but they truly were so wonderful!!
