Jun 07, 2024 · TeresaThis office is great! Dr. Minniear has been seeing our small chihuahua mix puppy (Coco) for almost a year now and we added a second chihuahua puppy to our family last November (Chloe). She has been great with our dogs and if we ever have issues, this office was quick to work us in. We recently spayed Coco were a little nervous about the surgery. Dr M did a great job with her! She recovered quickly and had no complications. I have read some reviews saying that this office is not cheap, and while that may be true, we are happy to pay for quality service and the overall health of our dogs. We will be getting our second puppy spayed this year and our “new dog parent” concerns have faded away. You can trust this office to give the best possible care to your animals. Thanks Fredericksburg Animal Hospital! We appreciate you!
Mar 23, 2022 · Betty GWe have been loyal patients for more than 30 yrs. Docs Wagner, Minniear, and Bakerian are top notch in every way. Compassion, medical expertise, and gifted surgeons-what more could you ask for? We've dealt with plenty of check ups, chronic conditions, surgeries and end of life situations. All of them handled with incredible professionalism and care. We don't tell our Veterinarians and staff we love them enough. We LOVE them. They've made our lives and the lives of our animals immensely better. I don't know ow what we'd have done without them. The dog below just turned 15! She loves them too.
Jul 21, 2021 · Tammy GoodWe have been bringing our pets to Fredericksburg Animal Hospital for more than a decade after trying out several vets closer to home. We see Dr. Minniear and Dr. Bakarian and our animals love them. Dr. Minniear and Dr. Bakarian brings the perfect balance of expertise, compassion, and professionalism, making the 15-mile drive well worth it. The medical team and staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating.
May 05, 2025 · Tamara NolanThe day I had to put my Aliza (Standard Poodle) down was one of the most heart wrenching decision I had to make. Although she muddled through her pain like a champ, I knew it was her time. Fredericksburg Animal Hospital was very empathetic and gave my son and I the time we needed to let her go. Several days afterwards, we received a card signed by each vet with a personal message from them all. Although Aliza came to be a patient of theirs through the closing of Princess Anne Animal Hospital, she was treated like she had been there from the start and they were up on her medical record. If and when I decide to pull the plug and adopt another four legged family member, Fredericksburg Animal Hospital will be the facility I go to for care.
