Frankenmuth - Birch Run Veterinary Hospital has been a true blessing for me and my boys! Dr. Buck, Dr. Gruenwald, and the entire staff are nothing short of exceptional. They are kind, patient, and genuinely love my animals as if they were their own. Their level of care is outstanding, and they consistently go the extra mile to ensure the best outcomes. Finding their office has been such a comfort, especially knowing that my pocket pets (fancy rats), Moose and Bax, are in the best possible hands. The team’s compassion and expertise give me total peace of mind, and I can’t thank them enough for their dedication. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that treats every pet with love and provides excellent care, look no further. Couldn't recommended a more wonderful team!

This was our first visit here, and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and caring towards myself and my bearded dragon Fafnir! I’d definitely recommend this vet to anyone!

Such wonderful and caring staff. Everything is explained thoroughly and all costs were outlined in detail. I know that our guinea pig is in great hands when I took him here for a lump and subsequent surgery.

Both the doctors and staff are in my opinion the best there is and I won't go anywhere else. I've been taking my animals there for 20 years and I won't see anyone but Dr Buck. So if you are looking for a new clinic to take your animals to I would totally recommend this office and this doctor. She also treats exotics if you have one of those and are looking for a new doctor.

The staff was so nice and caring right out of the gate! We have a pet skunk and no one else in the area would accept her, but these guys did and they knew so much about her. The information they provided was impeccable and the level of care and compassion towards our baby was hands down amazing! we would definitely recommend this vet to any fur baby owner!
