I appreciate the time Dr. Kellermeyer spends with me discussing my dog's issues, managing his treatment and providing input on cost effective options. The office is neat and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also were doing a holiday supply collection for Foothills Animal Shelter.

We are always happy with the this clinic. They care for our pets and for us as well. Always listen to our observations and concerns about both our dogs. Their staff is just as dedicated to parts and their owners as the doctors. You cannot go wrong with the Vets or the staff at Francis!

They have always been great with my dogs over the years. Dr. Burger and Dr. Kellermeyer and their staff are very helpful.

I had been talking my pets there for many years but recently started going elsewhere. The customer service has gone down hill. We took our cat in for his yearly exam thinking we would see Dr Burger, our usual vet, but were seen by another vet without being told that Dr Burger was not available. The last straw was when our dog had diarrhea and we didn't hear from anyone for four days. By then we had already taken her to another vet office because she was so sick. Makes me sad because I really did love Dr Burger.

Francis Veterinary Hospital has been awesome for our dog and cat, who mean the world to my wife and I! When we got our dog a few years ago, we brought him to see Dr. Burger, since we live two blocks away and wanted a to find a reliable local vet. She was thorough and willing to answer my excessive questions, so we've stayed onboard ever since! They've helped us treat our older cat for some issues that we caught early on, thankfully. In the past months, we've also worked with Dr. Kellermeyer, who has been excellent. I could tell she was a great addition to the team, as soon as we discussed some of our cat's health concerns on the phone. All of my questions were answered, and Dr. Kellermeyer clearly enjoys interacting with owners who like to be well informed about their pets. Especially if you're local to South Golden, bring your pets to them!
