I have been taking my pets to Fox Run Veterinary Clinic for years now, and I am continually impressed by the level of care and compassion they provide. The staff is always sensitive and thoughtful, taking the time to really listen to my concerns and address them accordingly. One thing that sets Fox Run apart is the plethora of options they offer for treatment. Whether it's traditional medication, holistic remedies, or even acupuncture, they always make sure to present me with a variety of choices so that I can make the best decision for my furry family members. But above all, it's the kindness and empathy shown by the entire team that truly shines through. They go above and beyond to ensure both my pets and I are comfortable and well taken care of during our visits. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with the health and well-being of my beloved animals. Fox Run Veterinary Clinic truly is a gem in the world of veterinary care. 4/3 once again, Fox Run provided great care while saving me unnecessary spending. 6 stars

I quite literally would travel any distance needed to come see Dr. Kocher and any of her staff at Fox Run! When I lived in Colorado, I traveled 3 hours from Vail to Monument any time my dog needed care, but I have also been known to leave vacation early and hop in the car to drive from Illinois or Florida to come back to Colorado when my dog was having medical issues. My sweet senior rescue is a special needs pup and she is my whole world! It is hard for me to find a vet who I trust, who is willing to hear me out when I have concerns (no matter how silly they may seem), and who is dedicated to helping me give my dog the best quality of life possible, but that is what I have found in Dr. Kocher and the staff at Fox Run. Duchess has had a cancerous mass removed by Dr. Kocher, been treated for injuries after an altercation with another dog, had all of her vaccines and yearly tests done at Fox Run, and we have also explored alternative treatments for her severe allergies and anxiety issues with the veterinarians at Fox Run for about 4 years now. They offer the latest medical treatments and have the best of the best technology and equipment available for treating their clients. I could go on and on about the trust and admiration I have for Dr. Kocher and the staff at Fox Run! I am forever grateful for the kindness and empathy they have demonstrated in the treatment of my soul dog.

I've taken my dog here for a few years and they have always been great. I had an emergency a while back and needed to come in before I left for vacation and they went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule. They then scheduled a follow up for when I got back. They are kind and patient with my anxious dog, which I appreciate so much. They are so skilled at handling it and knowing how to calm them down. All of their techs seem to be really good at their jobs.

Today, I took my cat in to be seen for improper elimination, and while it wasn’t an emergency, it was something I had an appointment for. When I arrived, the receptionist told me no rooms were available, and to go ahead and take a seat. No mention was made of wait time. THIRTY minutes later, a tech finally comes out to ask me questions about my cat, and says a room still isn’t available. A few minutes after that, I was shown back to a room and the tech came in and said the vet was running behind. No kidding. When I asked how much longer it’d be, she told me “hopefully not more than 15 min.” I informed the tech I had other appointments, and she said she’d let the vet know. About 10 min after that, so a total of waiting for FORTY-FIVE minutes, the tech came back and offered to take my cat back for testing. Keep in mind, I had not spoken to the vet about what health issues could be causing improper elimination, or been informed about how much the tests costs. But they were offering to run tests because the vet was still unavailable. My time is not less important than the vet’s time, and I very frankly informed the tech I wasn’t waiting any longer. I also told her if they’re running behind they need to let people know BEFORE making them wait around for an undetermined amount of time! To do otherwise is rude and absolute unacceptable. We will not go back for ANY of our pets. Don’t pay people to treat you poorly.

We had a wonderful experience at Fox Run. From the second we stepped in the door we were greeted by friendly staff. Great communication and little wait time. The facility is top notch- very clean and so beautifully designed ! They were very transparent with pricing and didn’t push any extras on us. Dr. Kocher was awesome with our energetic kitty, Baxter!
