Took my anxious chihuahua here and she absolutely loved the staff. They treated her with such love and care. Lily and Heather are one of the best i’ve seen, my dog felt so comfortable with them immediately which is so important to me. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and you can tell they’re in love with their profession. Love this place! It is a lil pricey though but it’s okay!

AWESOME experience at Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital in Kirkwood! All the people are super caring, kind, and skilled at their jobs especially tech Kelli, front desk worker Linda, both doctors who saw Astrid, and everyone else who helped. My dog needed urgent care on a holiday and they successfully helped her heal quickly. They also gave Astrid a private room for the whole experience. Fox Creek offers everything including compassionate, skillful care, urgent care, regular office visits, and the best animal loving staff you could ever wish for!

Fox Creek in Kirkwood is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in they are very welcoming. Kelsey at the front desk is so kind, and I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Lord and Danielle, the vet tech. They took such wonderful care of my Billie for her skin issue. They are extremely knowledgeable and full of compassion. I would highly recommend them, especially for urgent care concerns.

I very much enjoyed my first visit to Fox Creek Veterinary with my newly-acquired puppy. Their open hours 8-8 every day are so impressive, and they are very attentive, knowledgeable, responsive to my questions and so sweet with my new puppy. I have already booked a second appointment.

I had an awesome experience with fox creek. This was my first visit and they got me in right away. In fact, within fifteen minutes of calling, I was able to bring my dog Pogo in. They got Poco in right away, and they were amazing with him. Especially our tech Kelly and Pogo's doctor was extremely thorough. They definitely went out of their way to make both of us feel welcome!!

My whippet Ketchup had some weird irritation and licked her paw pads raw. My current vet recommended I be seen and not wait like originally planned since the issue got worse after a day and they didn’t have a vet there that day. Fox Creek got me in ASAP. Online booking was a breeze with multiple locations. I had to call while booking due to the system thinking this was a serious emergency due to me checking laceration and blood. The front office person that handled my phone call was very nice and helpful on the phone. You could tell she answered it with a smile if that makes sense. She offered to call my main vet to get Ketchups records. When I arrived there we were greeted with a smile. The place was very clean and even had a little beverage and snack bar for humans and animals. I didn’t wait long and was taken back. The treatment room was spacious clean and modern. The vet assistant (I feel horrible not remembering her name) was very attentive and thorough. She definitely put Ketchup at ease. Ketchup can be a little shy and timid and she was great with her. Dr. Carter was amazing with Ketchup and had a very calming presence. She gave me options and talked thru treatment to make sure it was something I was ok with. The doc and assistant even got a cone on Ketchup which says volumes!! Thank you for taking care of my baby and getting us in right away. Very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend! 10/10.

Kelli and Dr. Owens made a great team at making sure my dog was well taken care of during our sick visit! They listened to all of our needs and took action quickly, while also coming up with an affordable plan of care for my furbaby. My dog is especially nervous at the vet and they sat on the floor with her and made her the most comfortable she’s ever been in a vet setting with no judgement at all. So much love and care from all staff members. I will definitely return for future veterinary needs! So glad we went to Fox Creek!
