After switching to a new clinic I feel that there is a level of care missing from this clinic. They let multiple dogs and cats sit together in the same waiting room and don’t consider the stress that can put pets in right before an exam. I don’t believe they offer every service that is recommended because maybe they think certain clients can’t afford it. I took my 1 year old cat to see them since he was a kitten, and when he got sick and began having inappropriate urination and vomiting I brought him to be checked. I had to request that they do blood work on him and it came back he was in kidney failure. I got a very short/ brief phone call from the doctor telling me the diagnosis bluntly, and I was offered no treatment plan or options for what to do for my pet. I had to callback the next day because I was confused and it was not well explained to me so I did not fully understand my cats diagnosis ( I had never dealt with a kidney cat before). I was never offered treatment or care, fluids, a kidney diet, nothing for my pet to help his renal failure or even make him comfortable. ( again I had no knowledge on renal disease and was not informed on my options). After being at a new clinic and seeing that they recommend routine bloodwork, and offer weekly fluid appointments and a wide range of kidney care diets for their renal cats I feel like I was failed by four corners animal hospital. I know it can be hard to have the QOL conversation with an owner but I was not even given an estimate of how long he may live or shown any empathy for his loss. He passed 1 month later in my arms, there was never any check in from four corners. I will not be back.

They were able to take on my pup in 2020 the year of the puppy! We’ve been with them ever since. My dog is a Covid dog through and through, separation anxiety, poorly socialized, and very dramatic. They are so patient and kind with me…I don’t have children so I worry about my dog more than I should. They are not alarmists and recommend I wait a few days to se if symtoms improve; guess what, they always improve. They have likely saved me thousands of dollars and have stopped my dog from experiencing additional stress.

The staff was amazing. When I called for an appointment for my very sick pup they said they were booked for a month. Then they called back later that day & said they could get my pup in that week. We ended up having to put my pup down. The staff explained everything clearly. They were so compassionate & waited for family to arrive to say goodbye & then gave us all the time we needed to be with our pup. About a week later I got a card in the mail from the staff expressing their condolences & gave me paw & nose prints of my pup.

While two of the receptionists are very lovely and easy to work with, there is 1 particular woman who is obviously extremely sensitive, defensive, and difficult to work with. I've unfortunately had to deal with her on a couple of occasions, and the first one I was having a conversation with my mother while she was looking up whatever and had I made a comment about something being ridiculous, and she immediately got defensive thinking my comment was to her or their services and tried denying me the first time. After she  calmed down and stopped talking over me, I was finally able to explain my comment, and she still made the entire encounter just weird and unprofessional. Then I called at a later time, and she answered and did nothing but talk over me yet again and argue, so I said, Ok, thanks, and my phone died before I could ask her about to just deal with someone else However, she took it personally and convinced herself I hung up on her. If I had hung up then, I wouldn’t have called the next day to apologize to her. 🤯 She needs to realize she’s in a professional setting and that she doesn’t HAVE to be the one to talk to me when there are two other receptionists who clearly seem more professional and I get along just fine with. It’s just a shame that people can’t be professional. I had high hopes for this place too and quickly was disappointed.

Wonderful practice, wonderful nurses and a wonderful vet. Very affordable. Brought my 15 year old cat in bc his health took a serious decline suddenly, and they got us in immediately and walked us through the process. Even though losing a pet is one of the most heart breaking things, the nurse and vet made the whole thing alot easier and very seamless. Also, they have a frenchie in the office who comes and says hello sometimes:) keep up the good work yall!
