Our pup has extreme anxiety, the office allows us to make "happy visits" which includes taking a minute to get in the door, sit in the waiting room, getting on the scale, and then leaving. They are always good with her, letting her have her space so she can make a quick exit. Thank you for all your efforts to make her feel comfortable.

Very friendly staff and professional at the same time. There is hardly a wait but coffee and tea are available in the cutely decorated waiting rooms. The building is very clean and I love using the hook at the reception desk so my dogs are secure while I'm making my next appointment

They might be a great Vet, but when you call them to schedule a kitten spaying and they turn around and tell you it’s going to cost you $600-$900+ … that’s absolutely absurd… you cant just get them spayed or neutered … no they are pressing you for every single cent possible … I haven’t been quoted by anyone else for more then $200 I payed $120 at Midvale for my kitten last year ! I can pack up my entire family, my male and female kittens go back to Long Island where I’m from and go get them BOTH spayed and neutered for less of a cost between gas, tolls, and everything else … absolutely and I mean it… absolutely ridiculous …. Money hungry is what they are
