Fantastic team. We have a cat who we have suspected has asthma, and have been dismissed left and right by all other vets we have seen. The vet actually listened to our concerns and confirmed what we suspected so that we can finally get her treatment. Great experience.

The office manager, Jamie, who has red hair, was absolutely unprofessional. We had come in yesterday to bring our dog, who was almost unresponsive to see if they could run some tests etc and they told us today we would be hearing back in the morning. We called 6-7 times throughout the day and was told that everything needed to be looked over before they’d call us…they’d received everything after they closed last night. We finally came in to speak to the vet, Dr. Scott (who is a god-send) and the after explaining our frustration, Jamie proceeded to get loud and call us rude and say we could “talk silently”, we can sit and wait and that we can leave any type of review we wanted etc. As a manager myself, if I spoke like this to a customer I would be written up or fired on the spot…If Dr. Scott goes somewhere else,we will go to her there. Or if Jamie leaves, we will then continue to use this office.

I could not be more pleased about the positive and peaceful experience Dewey and I had at VetCo at Market Square- Fort Myers! It is apparent that the staff- from the efficient and caring receptionist, the kind and caring vet tech, to the amazing & loving vet that they love pets and love what they do. I explained prior to our visit today about Dewey’s anxiety. They were more than prepared and handled everything like experts in their field. Dewey had an eye infection so the. Vet had to get in his face for sure! Dewey was a stellar patient the entire time. He did not bark. He did not lunge. He did not bite or show aggression. I must believe it is because of the way this professional and caring team dealt with a high anxiety patient. Bravo! My boy was happy and even hung out quietly while the vet and I had a long and in depth conversation. Thank you to this amazing team for easing a worried moms mind about vet care and visits. I will be taking Dewey to VetCo from now on. Yay to them!

Got a next day wellness appointment for a checkup on my kitty, everything went well, staff is super friendly and since it was my cats first vet exam there, they provided me with a first time patient coupon so I got the wellness check for free! Veterinarian was super sweet and informative! I’ll be taking my cat here from now on.
