I’ve called multiple times and left a message for someone to call me back about an online order that was canceled. There is no vet at the UTC store so I was told to order from this location and that they could check my order history. My order was now canceled again without a phone call. I have now lost all my vital care credits twice because of this. No one returns any calls and it’s impossible to get the basic flea treatments I’ve orders for the past 3 years from PETCO.

They attended us at the time of the appointment, everything was very fast, the Dr explained the entire process to us, and recommended the best foods for puppies. She also gave us information on insurance for animals. The place is very clean and the people are very nice.

Took my puppy Mia to this location today. In love with the staff and the attention. They took care of my puppy just like she was there own. The veterinarian was extremely helpful and informative. I would definitely be using them from now on for all our appointments.

They NEVER answer the phone. You get redirected to the call center to leave your name and number (which I have done 4 times ) and no one ever calls back ! I went in today as a walk in and to my surprise they only have a Dr there twice a week and they “recommend you call to make an appointment”, what a joke! The lady that was at the front desk was very unfriendly and could care less that I needed my dog checked out.
