I hope all who read this, take it very seriously. My family and I have had pets for almost three decades. We have never had an issue with a vet until we moved here. And it is sad to say, but it's all financial. From what I assume is their trash business model. We have been with this Vet for almost three years and every time we go in there they try to upcharge or sell something that is not necessary. I have exercised more patience than humanly possible with this Vet. I have no doubt that this is the fault of their business model. They sell costumers a wellness plan, customers utilize the part for neutering and spaying, and then most everything else for a pet can be charged. Lord help you if you need some real care bc you are going to pay huge fees to get your pet help. Then afterwards they will find every reason to charge you at a follow up visit. Matter of fact I have told them "no" more at the ridiculous things they want to sell, than "yes" to the things that are necessary. The latest instance was my pet needed stitches removed and they said it had to be done within the week. Put my family in a predicament for scheduling, but we got it done with some help from our eldest. I even gave my kid a whole speech on what they would do when he went in there. After jumping through hoops to ensure my pet was okay, they informed my kid (day of stitch removal) that they "may not remove the stitches that day". Earlier in the week they called and tried to sell me medicines, that I turned down. "Antibiotics, blah, blah, blah". Told em no, bc they were supposed to have already pumped her full of AB's the day she got injured. Ran her across town the night of to get more AB's in her system. And they sent her home with a stack of AB's and she was running a course of those and was fine. Said we could re-evaluate this coming week. Well long story longer, they sold my kid the antibiotics I said no to and then charged a vet visitation fee for stitch removal. Now that may seem petty to some but when they do it to you for years or take advantage of your helper, you will leave too. I just hope it's sooner than later. Or even better just dont spend your hard-earned money there. Anyone that gives this Vet over 3 stars that has been with them as long as my family, obviously makes too much money. Mine as well take your pet to the Mayo clinic.

Mar 21, 2025 · Michael ArnoldI cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Dupree and technician Ryah for their incredible care and expertise. After months of uncertainty and countless visits to two other vets and four doctors, Dr. Dupree and Ryah were the ones who finally identified what was wrong with our beloved 14-year-old beagle/lab mix. Their thoroughness, compassion, and dedication not only brought us answers but also saved us from the heartbreak of watching our pet suffer unnecessarily. Thanks to their swift and accurate diagnosis, our furry friend was able to receive the proper care and my last memory was giving him a beautiful goodbye versus rushing him into the vet after. I highly recommend Dr. Dupree and Ryah to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate veterinary care. They truly went above and beyond, and we are forever grateful for what they did for Duncan!
Jan 06, 2025 · Alyssa WilliamsI can't say enough great things about Forever Vets at Nocatee. With my regular exotic vet out of the office, I was scrambling to find someone who could care for my almost 7-year-old Mini Rex. She was lethargic and refusing to eat, and I was beside myself with fear. Dr. Quinn went above and beyond to fit me in between appointments so my bunny could get the urgent care she needed. I was quite hysterical, but the technician, Miles, was incredible—he kept me calm, provided updates throughout the day, and patiently answered all my questions. Although the news about my bunny's condition wasn’t what I had hoped for, Dr. Quinn and Miles were there for me every step of the way with compassion and kindness. Hopeful my bunny will be ok! Forever grateful for this amazing team!
Feb 06, 2025 · Michele BauerKey saved my son’s baby bearded dragon! Thankful they were able to work us in very last minute. As not every vet sees exotic pets. Our beardie started to have breathing troubles and stopped eating. Good thing because our beardie collapsed shortly upon arrival. Who knew you could give bearded dragons CPR. Dr. Maymone was very thorough with her examination and gave us great feedback. I appreciate the transparency from the team when it came to fees and not charging fees that weren’t necessary. We will be back if we need to. But onto the road of recovery for our beardie! Shout out to Ava, Key and Dr. Maymone for amazing treatment!
Jul 11, 2024 · Charlotte LeonardIf I could give a negative I would. They care more about $$ then they do your animal. Stay far away unless you want to be jerked around. Piece of advice, get a quote first before any treatment. After you get it from one location, call another. They will be off by hundreds. Also, they have a very large turnover of assistants and doctors. If the doctor leaves that last tasted your animal they won't refill flea medicine or any scripts. That's just the smallest problem they give. They should be put out of business!!
