I have been taking my pets to Dr. Rose for years. She is an amazing doctor who I fully trust. Her and her staff are always very kind and friendly, and I have never had an issue. She has done everything from spaying and neutering, dentals, vaccines, urgent exams, x-rays, and bloodwork for my many different animals. I really appreciate her professionalism and dedication not only to my pets, but towards me as well. Thank you Dr. Rose and staff, I appreciate everything you do!

Called around asking about prices to get my dog neutered & this was the most affordable one I’ve found, they were able to get me in next day. The staff in the front were BEYOND WONDERFUL; so knowledgeable, VERY friendly & sweet! The place is super clean compared to the previous vet we went to. The dr did a wonderful job & he healed amazingly! This is now our new vet!

always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our pets have the best care. Staying over coming in at times where most vets will turn you away. The compassion for the animals and their owner’s is unlike any others ii have encounter before and i’ve owed dogs my whole life. Keep up the good work you are truly a blessing to a lot of pet owners.

Our family had gone to Dr. Krooner in the past. Recently our mature lab developed a mass on her eyelid that needed to be removed. After having her to OSU they suggested that we consult with an ophthalmologist due to the location, however I decided to call the office and see if they would/could help or suggest an ophthalmologist, preferably one that made house calls, due to her size. They graciously agreed to come to us for an initial “office visit”, which was simply amazing. After arriving 3 hours late (that should have been a red flag), Dr. Rose assured us that Baylee’s growth could absolutely be taken care of and she could do it the following Monday. We then made arrangements for them to p/u between 8am-9am and d/o shortly after her procedure. We discussed that Baylee had not been crated since potty training as a pup and she would not be a good candidate for that. Dr. Rose assured us that she would be fine and if she became anxious they could give her something to take the edge off. By 10:30am, Monday morning still no sign of anyone to pick her up (second red flag). After finally picking Baylee up, we received a call later that afternoon that she would have to stay overnight (NOT THE PLAN). We received an update mid morning the next day that she was doing well and they were going to start the next stage of the procedure. By 2:42pm we received a call that the surgery went well, she did excellent, she was coming out of the anesthesia and she would be home in the next 1 1/2 hours. At 5:10pm we received a call from Dr. Rose that Baylee died. She described that as they were removing her catheter, she collapsed and died. She was extremely sympathetic and offered to send her for an autopsy and cremation, at no cost to us - (final red flag). Hindsight, I wish I had taken the time to read these reviews.
