FANTASTIC service! Staff is very caring and helpful. I went to these guys when I had to help my Dachshund cross Rainbow Bridge and they showed great sympathy and were very accommodating for this almost hysterical fur mommy. I HIGHLY recommend this facility!

Oct 02, 2020 · M AndrewsStaff and doctor were kind and welcoming. We moved down from northeast and had an issue and they saw our pet same day and also assisted us in getting our pets medications at a cheaper price. Thank you Mary and Dr Lawry
Jul 20, 2021 · Kathleen GodinAs long as dr. Randa Anatar is working there I will continue to use this facility however within the last year or so another company has moved in and changed the name to VCA I guess that's veterinarian California and you know everything costs double in California so I guess my major complaint right now is how their prices have doubled Services still fantastic but I used to get a customer discount when I went in there I don't get that anymore facility is very clean the people are very kind I've never seen anybody get aggressive with an animal there my dog trusts the people who work there.... so in closing thank you very much for taking care of Bonnie and Clyde
Sep 15, 2020 · Paul JacobyStaff was friendly but I had to repeat myself multiple times that I was not the owner, only the pet sitter and therefore had to have any procedures approved beforehand. Still they talked over me and insisted on starting treatment and racking up a bill without approval.
Aug 31, 2021 · OliviaIt saddens me to leave such a low star review, but I will explain why. I brought my sweet 16 year old cat in hopes for a second opinion to her results from her lifelong Veterinary office. The smiles I received from the staff were very heart warming and assuring. I left my sweet girl with them in hopes for better answers. They did for her what they felt was best. Treated her dehydration with sub q fluids and treated her UTI infection. Gave her some anti nausea meds and something to stimulate her hunger. The Vet even took an extra step for my Fef at no charge. I picked her up that evening. They forewarned me the sub q fluids would be kinda floating around somewhere in her body. I understood, but what happens next was horrifying for me. I can’t even imagine how my sweet girl felt. The fluids settled to one side of her body to the point where her skin was dragging on the ground. Every so often she started pacing around the house meowing in pain and it was followed by liquid coming dripping intensely from her mouth. She couldn’t lie down she just sat curled in one position and every hour or so would have an episode where she began pacing and meowing and liquid flowing from her mouth. She did not sleep the entire night which made me stay awake with her to make sure she was not going to die on me through the night. I’ve never experienced my cat in 16 years not sleep a wink. Her fur went from silky smooth to dingy in the matter of hours. Her meow was raspy and her eyes were so distant, but she kept looking at me as though they were crying for help. I prayed over her all night long. Asking God to please soothe whatever she was going through. The following morning I was right in front of their door wanting answers as to what is happening to my cat. They took her back immediately and said they weren’t sure what was going on and that the medicine would just have to run it’s course through her tiny little body. I was told I would get a phone call the following day to see how my girl was doing. Almost a week later and hundreds of dollars later and not one phone call. Not one. As the dust began to settle she began to lay on her side again and began to react to my touch once more. I then noticed something on her belly where they inserted the needle into her bladder. She had a cut that was beginning to scab over. Not a small one, but one that seemed a bit deep. It made sense as to why she couldn’t lay on her side for some time. She also weighs literally five pounds and I believe they gave her the dose of an average size feline. I believe her body went into shock. Thank goodness there is a Creator Who listens and cares and I believe even for the animals He created. Thank you for the time you have taken on my baby girl, but from here on out I will not be returning.
