We have used this clinic for several years and been satisfied with the services. However, we adopted a dog from the shelter 12/28/24, she had pneumonia, they spent a lot of time treating her until it cleared. Grwat- we appreciate that. Scheduled a dental for her 4/10/25, took her in, then they tell my husband she would be given Rabies and Bordatella prior to the cleaning. We should have been informed of this requirement at the time we made the appointment. Doing research regarding vaccines, I found several articles not recommending vaccinating at the same time as any anesthesia. So I had her picked up and we will locate another vet. Very disappointed because this office is usually very good.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were able to get my dog scheduled for surgery within 30 mins. I was given constant updates of his progress and his condition. My mind was really put to ease knowing my little man was getting such attentive care and they kept me updated multiple times through the day.

The snarky “it took 4 people to hold him down comment add an aggressive dog nail trim fee” in front of others in a public space was unnecessary. Especially coming from the doctor herself and especially after telling me they were terminating the nail service. Why are you continuing to stress my dog out after telling me he couldn’t handle it and we need to reschedule with sedation. Then coming back out and saying never mind we did it add extra fees publicly with an ugly tone. Maybe having him surrounded by 4 people is the problem. I should add an unprofessional 4 people or more stress out fee to them. I won’t be back.
