He comes and tells me that there's been an accidental ear tip given to my baby. 😱😢 I immediately started crying as soon as I saw my poor baby. However, the positivity took ahold of me and I was so thankful they made it out alive and healthy 🙏 🙌 The manager NEVER called me, my cats ear was CHOPPED up as a loss and as I figured, this mistake WILL happen again as they JUST DON'T CARE!!!!!! The only reason I have not hired an attorney for medical malpractice is bc they DO so much for the feral community and I would feel like garbage to MAKE THEM PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I'm giving 2 stars bc my cats made it out alive. Don't come here expecting ANY kind of service other than minimum, if that. 💯 ALSO, my poor boy was merked by the fur shaver pretty bad behind his leg in which they said and did NOTHING about. I saw it after we got home. Luckily I had an antibiotic spray from a former feline surgery they messed up that I used.... he is STILL healing from it a month later. Please be wise and choose a personal vet if you're taking your PET here. DR. G at Macclenny Vet is VERY reasonable."
