Visiting Oceanside on vacation. Our dog, Izzy, age 16, fell and hurt herself. Dr. Andie and staff have seen and treated her several times over the month. She is doing much better thanks to their great care and compassion. I would return in a heartbeat again if needed and highly recommend them for local pets, their entire staff were competent and caring.

7/2023: Updating… we have 2 new puppies and took them in to FMV immediately. Dr. Sarah was great. Spent additional time discussing helpful hints to help our 14 year old dog accept the pups. Always professional staff. 6/2022: we’ve been coming here for about 5 years since relocating from the OC. Recently one of our dogs was in full heart failure and needed to be put down. The employees were wonderful. There was no rush on the day we scheduled and they made sure it was what was best for our dog. Although a very sad moment for our family the employees were truly compassionate. We opted for the private cremation and the company they use did a wonderful job. The pick up process was pleasant and the remains were beautifully presented with a mold of the paw and a small jar of his fur. We also received a handwritten card about a week after the apt. Such a helpful way to grieve. Thank you Fire Mountain Vets.

I am not a customer here but due to adopting/fostering from SPOT I was able to meet the staff and they seem like they're very friendly. The place is very clean and the staff is very caring for what I noticed. My adopted child (dog) and my foster child (dog) got treated here and they have not shown any complications after their surgeries. I did had to call and request my baby's vaccine history and the lady who answered the phone was very polite, friendly and sent the documents right after we hung up.
