Wonderful practice! Both vets are extremely caring, compassionate and professional. You can actually get into to see them when you need to. I had been driving over an hour to a vet I had used for 30 plus years but after meeting these ladies and witnessing their exemplary care of my fur babies I am now a loyal Finchville Animal Hospital client.

My cocker spaniel lost his hair. Our vet, at the time, could not determine what was wrong with him. I took him to Dr. Charissa Lane and she was able to draw blood and diagnose him suffering from an over active Thyroid. She prescribed medications to get him back to good health. Almost immediately his hair began to grow. The most amazing change has been with his personality. He's like a young puppy again! He wants to play again

Great staff! So caring and friendly and thoughtful to my little babies. So glad they allow me to be in the room during the procedure... because I worry. It'a fantastic having a vet who can look over my tortoise so close to home.

I have been going here for years. The last 2 to 3 have not been good. With one dog I asked for a 3 yr rabies when he was two bc when a pup in the first visit he could only have a 1 yr per their policy so when I went back the following yr I asked for the 3 yr which I get for all my animals even my old dog who won't make it 3 yrs to have less stress on them. Anyway they again gave the 1 yr and then started texting the following yr saying he needed his rabies. I ignored it at first bc I was like I no he's got 2 more years must just be a mix-up. Plus I had just had my other dog in there getting fixed the week before. Then I got another text so I called and they said no he had one yr and I was like I specifically asked for 3 so we went in and I said do the 3 for sure this yr and they said well we can't his expired a week or so ago. Like wtf! You did wrong and now this will cause additional visits with silly additional payment for nothing! Then the one I had fixed above they only said keep him in a dry place for few days. Ok no problem I did that. Nothing else said! When he got swollen I called and they said we'll look when u come back to get the stitches out. I said what stitches? I didn't know I needed to come back. Maybe that appointment should have been made before I left! None of my others had stitches. Lack of communication!!!! Then I took 2 kittens in there yesterday to get fixed. They had some fleas, these are rescues so without telling me they treated for fleas. It was in the paper I signed but they read the paper to u then hand it to be signed. So I assumed they went over everything. Now I know that makes me liable but still communication is trash and they rush you and it's small and ppl are all over the place. Just a way to get more money. That was $30 each! I told them I had just treated them and they were wearing flea collars when I took them in as additional protection... and they said well it's not working and it says on paper we will try if we see them.... but if they had seen how bad they were it obviously is working ...Millions to a couple is pretty good results. So that was an extra 30 per kitten. They say so it doesn't affect the facility. They were there a couple hours did it really rid an "infestation" for their facility. Oh and another time I was getting a microchip. I called they said oh it's $60 and that's it. I said cool and brought him in. It most definitely was NOT just $60. I'm blessed to be able to afford this but I know many are not and these hidden hiccups and added cost are BS! I told them I will no longer be using their services. I will pay triple somewhere else before I pay them one more red cent!
