The staff and vet that I saw were very caring and kind. They were organized and guided me through everything from before I arrived with my referral coordinator Tai who was an amazing human being to after I left. That says a lot because I've always been a people person like my parents were but lately I absolutely prefer dogs! When you meet people like that, it gives you renewed hope in humanity and I must include Dr. Dunn in that statement! You can tell the difference when people really care about what they do. I can tell you from several visits to the vet and I've been through a few, organization is essential because a lot of times you either forget or you have questions afterward, or you forgot something to include on your consultation.They are available to help should you need follow up because let's face it when your best friend or maybe even best current family member is hurting or sick you're already in a place of sadness and concerns and being guided by a team or caring professionals makes the journey that much better. That is hard to find! Sending a big thank you to the Fetch team!

The staff at Fetch provided top notch care for my cat Biscuit. We came in with an emergency situation and they took us right in , put us at ease and took exceptional care of little Biscuit. They have been wonderful with his follow up care. We have been very happy with our experience with Fetch•

The care and compassion they showed my family was astounding. The receptionist was quick to get assistance for my dog who was having trouble breathing. While my dog had to be put down, the Vet himself and all the staff were caring, compassionate and sympathetic I am so grateful I found such a wonderful place to send my baby boy to the other side.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though our little Marilyn is terminal Dr. Benjamin was very compassionate in explaining the options and in no way were they trying to sell us into services that wouldn't be beneficial for our little loved one. Going to enjoy the little time we have left with her. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do!

We were referred to Fetch and Dr. Lee by our Vet at Travelers Rest Animal Hospital. From the first phone call to book our appointment until our dog Ginger had her first chemo IV treatment with Dr. Lee, we were so impressed with the care and understanding given to us.
