First time going there, we usually go to the tolland location but they were booked far out. Everyone was great and super helpful and informative. Came in with a feral stray and she made things difficult but we got everything accomplished with loads of patience. Great experience

BEWARE WITH NEUTERING!!!! Our puppy almost died after a neuter here. Bloodwork was done in advance of the surgery as well. They are making my partner, by herself, rush him to an ER several hours after after they did a routine neuter. Dr F called my partner stating: “he is not waking up from anesthesia.” Had the audacity to ask if we overmedicated him. Did you all overmedicate him is the question??? When my partner went to see the puppy, they sprung on her that she was driving the pup to the vet- while emotionally upset and the pup unconscious! They told they were transporting him and then lied. Ashford staff treated her like dirt. Incompetency? Irresponsible and unethical behaviors from staff? Do not take your dog here if you love them

There is simply something toxic with Dr. North. I been a customer for 6 years. She was speaking to me harshly and making points like I was a child that needed scolding. I left there feeling hurt and confused. I'll never go back there again.

First time client. Switched from another Vet and I am so glad I did. Fenton was less expensive and the staff at the Ashford office was awesome! Can't wait to have my Toby continue and becoming part of the Fenton family. Thank you so much for welcoming us.

Seriously!!! After being a loyal customer for Approximately 30 years and having lost 4 dogs, I sincerely would have expected more than a “stern lecture “ to my overactive reaction to my current dog. We lost 4 possibly waiting too long so perhaps I am being too proactive. I always respected Dr North and her expertise however today was totally different. She lectured me on bringing my dog in and at the prices of veterinary care (Hers included) I resented the embarrassment. If those of us , care and want the best care for our dogs, I’m at a loss where a Veterinarian at astronomical prices would “lecture “a client. Sorry Dr North ….very disappointed Linda
