My dog recently received a teeth cleaning here. After, I was informed he had one tooth removed and that he didn’t really use that one anyways. When I got home I realized he had atleast 6-8 teeth removed that I was not informed of. Regardless if it was medically necessary or not, I feel like that is something I should have been informed of. I also asked if they could cut his nails while he was under. His nails were cut extremely short (deep into the quick) and you can see where they had to use quickstop to stop the bleeding on multiple nails. Otherwise, his remaining teeth are clean, and he seems fine (just a little sore). The people working here are not friendly and are borderline rude when speaking on the phone. We used to love this vet, but it seems to have gone down hill in the recent years.

Based on recent customer reviews, it's important for local users to be aware of some reported experiences at Fayetteville Animal Clinic. One customer detailed their dog's teeth cleaning procedure where they were allegedly not fully informed about the number of teeth removed (reporting 6-8 removed versus one communicated) and expressed concern over a nail trim that resulted in bleeding. This reviewer also described the staff as unfriendly and borderline rude during phone conversations, noting a decline in the clinic's service quality over recent years.

Another customer shared a negative experience concerning the diagnosis and treatment of their cat's urinary tract infection (UTI). This review alleges that the clinic performed multiple expensive tests, initially stating the cat did not have a UTI, only to diagnose it later. The customer reported a relapse after the initial antibiotic treatment, requiring further tests and treatment, ultimately leading to a high cost. This reviewer strongly advises against using Fayetteville Animal Clinic, suggesting alternative veterinary options in nearby towns and accusing the clinic of prioritizing financial gain over patient care.

Given the information available in these recent reviews, potential users should consider these experiences when making decisions about their pet's veterinary care at Fayetteville Animal Clinic. No information regarding the clinic's environment, specific services offered beyond teeth cleaning and UTI treatment, features, or promotional information is available in the provided text.

These people are greedy, they don't care about your pet or you. I took my cat there for a UTI thinking that they would sell me some antibiotics to give to her and no, they have to do a ton of expensive test and said that she didn't have a UTI. 24 hours later she got worse and I took her back in and they did the same test again but now she has a UTI. After giving her a 7 day antibiotic she relapsed and guess what? Yep bring ger back in and test again. Yes still has UTI. The whole ordeal cost me over $800. There is no sense for a UTI costing this much. They only care about money, greed. I would never recommend these people to anyone. Take your pet to Hazel Green or Tullahoma, anywhere but these greedy people.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Rude staff and I also question whether they actually do the work they bill for. The last time I was there I sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes and not one soul even acknowledged I was there. Finally I took my dogs and left. YESTERDAY I took my dog to the vet and while there had her teeth checked...the same teeth that were supposedly cleaned last year and my new vet could flick off tartar with her fingernails. She said there is NO WAY this dog's teeth were cleaned a year ago. I'm not a teeth expert, but I agree that there is no way my dog's teeth got that bad in a year, and I even brush them every few days! I'm so disgusted and angry. I wish I would have known this so I could have made this post a long time ago. If you love your pets like I do, RUN, don't walk away from this horrible place!!! I'll pay extra to get treated like a human, for my pets to be loved, and to get what I paid for.
