I took an outside cat to be neutered and not only did they do that they also operated to clean his deep bite wounds and stitch him up. They had him stay overnight as a courtesy and showed this cat so much love. I am so blessed that Michelle helped him and is such a beautiful soul and clearly loves what she does. This vet has been amazing. They even gave me instructions to help this cat heal and an assessment. Thank you for being so wonderful to Teddy a gentle giant who is getting beat up outside and hurt . Teddy is healing and I hope to find him a home

Teddy is healing and I hope to find him a home." This testimonial highlights the clinic's willingness to go above and beyond, providing not only the requested service (neutering) but also addressing additional medical needs (cleaning and stitching wounds) and offering overnight care out of courtesy. Another positive review focuses on the quality of the veterinary care and the friendly nature of the staff: "Took my dog here because of the good reviews. It may not be the most modern or common looking vet but the vet himself and the staff were incredible. Id rather a vet office that focuses less on aesthetics than a modern one if it means my dog is in good hands. The vet was so awesome with my dog and the staff were all so friendly and polite. They also didn’t try to upsell me anything, straight o the point of what would or wouldnt work. Would definitely recommend!" This feedback suggests that while the clinic might prioritize the quality of care over modern aesthetics, the expertise of the veterinarian and the friendliness of the staff are outstanding. The reviewer appreciated the straightforward approach to treatment recommendations, noting the absence of unnecessary upselling, which speaks to the honest and ethical practices of this "Pet Hospital." The positive interaction with the vet and the staff left a lasting impression, leading to a strong recommendation.

Apr 17, 2025 · Karen OA fantastic establishment! Thank goodness for the beautiful people who work here! Caring and knowledgeable staff. Don't let the size of this place fool you. They got big spirits here and will give your pets the care and attention needed and deserved for your beloved pets! We brought our kittens here to be spayed/neutered. It was a smooth and easy process! Affordable prices, too(Can you put a price on good vet services really, though!!??)
Feb 12, 2025 · matthew muellerTo even give this Office a one star rating is being extremely kind. Let me first also say I agree with one of the reviews below, Well, I agree with all the negative-ones that you would see on here because I don’t know how anyone would want to go back there after seeing how filthy the office is and the rude front desk. I wish I had the vet technician’s name who came to grab my cat from the car when we had to rush him back after he was seen 30 minutes prior to that. Me and my mom clearly being so upset and angry. I looked at the vet technician and told her this is the third animal we brought here that passed a couple days later and mind you midnight Our cat did not pass days later he passed 30 minutes after he left the vet. She then proceeded to give me such a dirty look as if my feelings were not valid for losing a beloved animal because of their yet again poor judgment and decision. On Monday, my mom brought in midnight our cat. He was an old happy man who was going to turn 20 this year. How incredibly amazing to live such a long fulfilled life only to pass away in such a brutal suffering way due to the hands of these negligent people. He was brought in for a mass on his abdomen, It had grown in the last couple of weeks so we were worried and wanted to get it assessed. He was still happily eating, jumping off tables and couches, walking around and cuddling with his siblings So there was no indication of any discomfort or issues while he was home with us. He was Brought purely because the mass had gotten a bit larger, and my mom wanted to to be looked at Because no animal owner will ever want to see their baby suffer nonetheless see any animal suffer because animals are simply better than humans. When my mom got to the vet, they make you call like it is still Covid and they come and grab your baby from the car. Let’s be real this is selfish when most of the time when we bring our babies to the vet it is because they’re sick and God forbid something happens while we’re not there we will be crushed. Since we are not allowed in the room, we don’t exactly know how the exam went but when Dr. Balter Called my mom after she had seen midnight She had told my mom that the mass is bleeding profusely and she is going to prescribe pills that will coagulate the blood. I mean, if that doesn’t tell you that an animal should not be released until he is stable. I don’t know what will. Let me also add that when antibiotics were recommended. She asked my mom if he takes pill pills. My mom said no we can do an oral suspension because I also don’t want to give him an injection since he is so old and frail that it could make any health conditions worse. She preferred to give him the oral suspension at home, then Getting injected, which would possibly only put him in any more distress the vet did. let me also add that on the way to the vet midnight was sleeping peacefully. Dr. Balter Did not get consent from my mom that she wanted the injection on midnight. When the bill was received by my mom after they brought him out, it had showed that the coveina injection was administered. There was no consent for this injection to be done. On the way home, he was fine throughout the whole ride. He was not in any kind of distress that would alert us that he was in pain suffering or even bleeding. When my mom got him home, she took him out so he can use the bathroom and drink water and when she opened the carrier she saw that clearly the bleeding had not stopped. He was soon then lying in a enormous puddle of blood while seizing. My mom called them back and they told us to come back immediately, but unfortunately, on the way back to this place, our baby had passed in the arms of my mom who he loved the most. Management has been nothing but narcissistic and rude. Our dogs lump got overlooked years ago and his splenic tumor ruptured 4 days after his exam, our other cat also passed a day later due to a mis diagnosis/treatment. Prednisone IS not to be prescribed for cats, they SUCK. PLEASE save your money and your babies life and do not come here.
May 16, 2025 · Alexandra KuczynskiI’ve been dealing with this vet since Feb 2025 (about 3 months now). Every time I go there, there’s always an issue and the women at the front desk always have an attitude. I always leave in a bad/pissy mood. Save your money and don’t go to this vet. Find another one! Also some feedback for the owners - find other front desk employees who actually want to be at work on a Saturday because it’s more than obvious that the ones you currently have, don’t want to be there! I got a recommendation to come here and the people that recommended me also stopped coming for the same exact reason. Also, clean your office because it’s dirty and disgusting.
