You can contact them at (636) 462-7297 or via mobile at +1 636-462-7297 to inquire about their services or schedule an appointment. Based on the available customer reviews, experiences at Falls Vet Care appear to be varied, with some clients expressing gratitude for the care received, while others have noted concerns regarding recent changes in staff, pricing, and policies.
While the provided reviews do not offer specific details about the clinic's environment, we can generally expect a veterinary hospital to have standard features such as a reception area, examination rooms, and potentially areas for surgery, diagnostics, and patient recovery. The positive review mentioning a comforting and well-cared-for visit suggests an environment where staff strives to create a positive experience for pets. Conversely, the negative review does not comment on the physical environment but focuses on staff interactions and policy changes.
As a Pet Hospital, Falls Vet Care likely offers a range of services typical of a veterinary practice. Although the reviews do not provide a comprehensive list, these services commonly include:
- Routine wellness examinations and vaccinations to maintain your pet's health.
- Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
- Surgical procedures, which can range from routine to more complex cases.
- Dental care services to ensure your pet's oral health.
- Preventative care, such as flea and tick control, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
- Potentially, diagnostic services like laboratory testing and imaging.
The features of Falls Vet Care, as perceived by the customers, present a mixed perspective:
Caring and Appreciative Staff (Past Experiences): One review specifically thanks Dr. Rachel Hack and the technicians for making their pet's visit comforting and well-cared for, highlighting their apparent love for animals.
Recent Negative Changes: Another review expresses strong dissatisfaction, indicating that they and their neighbors will no longer bring their pets to this clinic. The concerns raised include perceived price increases, a rude receptionist with a negative attitude, and changes in established policies, such as the refusal to dispense a previously accessible flea and tick medication without explanation.
There is no specific promotional information mentioned in the provided reviews. Veterinary clinics sometimes offer promotions for new clients or specific services, but no such details are available here. The negative review implies potential changes in pricing, which could be seen as an unfavorable change for some clients rather than a promotion.
In summary, Falls Vet Care in Troy, MO, operating as a Pet Hospital, has received mixed feedback from its customers. While one review praises the caring nature of Dr. Rachel Hack and the staff, another expresses significant dissatisfaction with recent changes, including perceived rudeness from the receptionist, price increases, and altered policies regarding medication dispensing. Potential clients should be aware of these contrasting experiences. If you are considering Falls Vet Care, you might want to inquire about their current staff and policies when you contact them.
For local users in Troy, MO, Falls Vet Care at 91 W State Hwy U offers veterinary services. However, the recent customer feedback suggests a potential shift in the clinic's approach. While some past experiences have been positive, with caring staff being noted, recent changes concerning customer service and policies have led to negative experiences for some clients. Jan 30, 2025 · Sherry FrankenhauserFirst never ever taking my dog or any of my neighbors are taking our dogs to this place. Ig they got someone new in charge and prices are going up she's very rude the receptionist. She has a attitude and definitely needs to work on that. My dog has been there alot and when I asked to get her flee and tick pill she told me I can't give that to you. I've always got that with no problem and now they are changing things up. But she was very rude and definitely if I could lower the rating I would.

Feb 08, 2025 · Deborah ManetasThey are very good with our Great Dane. Very nice people, good with information during visits. Also made check up calls on Marshall after his surgery.
Jan 23, 2025 · Michael WestMy dog was seen by a different vet and has a very rare case of cystine stones. My dog was prescribed a prescription diet but my vet doesn't have it. I called this place and they refuse to let me purchase prescription food with a prescription unless they prescribed it. Places like that are about the money NOT the care for your animal. That's all I have to say.
